خواص پودر کربن گیاهی برای بدن

کربن یا همان زغال چوب گیاهی به صورت کپسول، قرص، پودر و غیره تولید و در داروخانه‌ها به فروش می‌رسد که خواص فوق‌العاده‌ای برای سلامتی بدن دارد.



در واقع از حدود 3000 سال پیش خواص درمانی این منبع طبیعی بر انسان آشکار شده است. امروزه نیز زغال چوب به انواع مختلف تهیه و عرضه شده است که به راحتی می‌توانید تهیه کنید. لطفاً با ما همراه باشید تا با خواص این پودرها بیشتر آشنا شوید.


زغال چوب گیاهی چگونه تهیه می‌شود؟

زغال چوب از چوب‌های نرم مانند چوب درخت تبریزی، درخت بید، درخت زیرفون یا درخت صنوبر تهیه می‌شود. چوب‌ها را در دمای بالای حدود 600 تا 900 درجه‌ی سانتی‌گراد بدون هوا زغال می‌کنند. ماده‌ی به دست آمده در مجاورت بخار آب یا گاز اکسیدان خواص سم‌زدای بالایی کسب می‌کند که برای بدن مفید خواهد بود.


زغال چوب برای مقابله با نفخ و گاز معده

شناخته‌شده‌ترین مورد استفاده‌ی زغال چوب گیاهی برای همین منظور یعنی مقابله با نفخ و گاز معده است. به خاطر اینکه این ماده مانند اسفنج گیاهی عمل کرده و گاز را به خود می‌گیرد. به همین ترتیب نیز باعث تسکین نفخ و گاز می‌شود. باید بدانید که از قرن نوزدهم میلادی از زغال چوب گیاهی به این منظور استفاده می‌شده است.

روش استفاده

روزانه سه تا 4 کپسول زغال چوب گیاهی. بهتر است در بین روز و با فاصله‌ی دو ساعتی از داروهای دیگر مصرف شود. به خاطر اینکه اگر در حال مصرف داروی خاصی باشید احتمال دارد تأثیر آن‌ها را کاهش دهد.

زغال چوب باعث تمیزی می‌شود. در واقع این ماده باعث دفع باکتری‌ها و بقایای غذاها از دهان می‌شود. خلاصه اینکه اگر دنبال راهی طبیعی برای مقابله با بوی بد دهان هستید زغال چوب را دریابید. از قرن هجدهم میلادی از این ماده به عنوان دهان‌شویه استفاده شده است.

روش مصرف

روزانه سه تا 4 کپسول زغال چوب گیاهی. بهتر است در بین روز و با فاصله‌ی دو ساعتی از داروهای دیگر مصرف شود. به خاطر اینکه اگر در حال مصرف داروی خاصی باشید احتمال دارد تأثیر آن‌ها را کاهش دهد.

زغال چوب یک ضد زهر طبیعی

در قرن نوزدهم میلادی بود که برای اولین بار مردم به این نتیجه رسیدند که زغال چوب با خاصیت ضدعفونی‌کنندگی و جاذبی که دارد یک پادزهر شگفت‌انگیز محسوب می‌شود.

روش استفاده

بعد از خوردن قارچ یا هر گیاه سمی دیگر می‌توانید در کمترین فرصت ممکن زغال چوب گیاهی بخورید. البته بعد از توافق پزشک یا مرکز درمانی‌ای که مراجعه کرده‌اید. محققان معتقدند که میزان زغال چوبی که خورده می‌شود باید 10 برابر بیشتر از میزان سم بلعیده شده باشد. در صورتی که در مورد میزان آن مطمئن نیستید می‌توانید 50 گرم پودر زغال چوب گیاهی مصرف کنید. البته این میزان برای افراد بزرگ‌سال است. برای کودکان باید 1 گرم پودر برای 1 کیلوگرم وزن کودک مصرف شود. به عنوان مثال برای یک کودک 25 کیلویی، 25 گرم از این پودر زغال کافی است.


زغال چوب برای مقابله با اسهال و استفراغ

زغال چوب گیاهی بعد از خورده شدن در لوله‌ی گوارش به حرکت در می‌آید و می‌تواند هر گونه ماده‌ی زائد و نامناسب مانند باکتری‌های بیماری‌زا و انواع سموم را از بین ببرد. به همین دلیل مصرف آن در صورت اسهال و استفراغ توصیه می‌شود.

روش مصرف
روزانه 4 تا 6 عدد قرص یا نصف قاشق چای‌خوری پودر زغال چوب (چند مرتبه در روز) تا زمانی که علائم بیماری از بین برود و بهبودی حاصل شود.


زغال چوب گیاهی: توجه توجه

* زغال چوب گیاهی برای بزرگ‌سالان و کودکان بالای شش سال توصیه می‌شود.

* از این ماده‌ی درمانگر فقط در زمان نیاز و ناخوشی استفاده می‌شود. مصرف منظم و طولانی آن مانع از جذب ویتامین‌ها و مواد معدنی می‌شود و در بعضی افراد ایجاد یبوست می‌کند.

* توجه داشته باشید اگر در حال مصرف داروی خاص یا قرص‌های ضد بارداری هستید باید زغال چوب را چند ساعت بعد از مصرف داروی خود میل کنید. چون ممکن است اختلالی در عملکرد قرص اصلی‌تان ایجاد کند.

* زغال چوب گیاهی نباید با خاک رس زرد مصرف شود چون می‌تواند خاصیت زغال چوب را از بین ببرد.
