آيروبيك، موثرترين تكنيك براي كاهش چربي دورشكم

متخصصان علوم پزشكي دانشگاه دوك در يك مطالعه جديد اعلام كردند: بهترين و موثرترين راهكار براي آب كردن چربي دورشكم، انجام تمرينات آيروبيك است.

به گزارش سرويس «بهداشت و درمان» خبرگزاري دانشجويان ايران (ايسنا)، پزشكان تاكيد دارند كه چربي دورشكم با افزايش خطر بروز بيماري‌هاي قلبي، ديابت و انواع خاصي از سرطان‌ها ارتباط مستقيم دارد. كريس اسنتنر از متخصصان مركز پزشكي دانشگاه در اين مطالعه تصريح كرد: ميزان چربي‌ كه در بدن ذخيره مي‌شود، به لحاظ افزايش خطر ابتلا به بيماري‌ها، مهمتر از مقدار چربي است كه مصرف مي‌شود.

كريس مي‌گويد: در اين مطالعه ما به دقت بررسي كرديم كه موثرترين نوع تمرينات ورزشي براي خلاصي از شر اين چربي‌هاي ناسالم و مضر چيست؟

به گزارش روزنامه بلومبرگ، اين متخصصان تمرينات آيروبيك، تمرينات استقامتي و همچنين تركيب هر دو نوع از تمرينات را با هم مقايسه كردند. آنها دريافتند كه فقط تمرينات ايروبيك موثرترين و كارآمدترين روش براي آب كردن چربي شكمي هستند.

تجمع چربي در اين قسمت از بدن خطري جدي براي سلامتي محسوب مي‌شود.

اين مطالعه به طور مشروح در مجله آمريكايي «فيزيولوژي» منتشر شده است.
