دود سیگار و افزایش فعالیت پلاکت‌های خون

همشهری آنلاین: تحقیقات صورت گرفته در دانشگاه ارجیس ترکیه نشان می‌دهد، فعال شدن پلاکت‌ها در افراد سالم منجر به تشکیل لخته خونی و آسیب دیدن بسیاری از اعضاء بدن از جمله قلب، مغز و کلیه‌ها می‌شود

به گزارش ایسنا، استنشاق دود سیگار باعث افزایش سطح فعالیت پلاکت، لاکتات و مونوکسید کربن در خون می‌شود.

فعالیت پلاکت‌ها به وسیله حجم متوسط پلاکتی (MPV) که در وقایع ترومبوتیک افزایش می‌یابند، نشان داده می‌شود. در وقایع ترومبوتیک، لخته‌های میکروسکوپی در رگ‌های خونی کوچک تشکیل می‌شوند و لاکتات نیز در زمانی که اکسیژن رسانی به سلول‌های خونی محدود می‌شود در خون انباشته می‌شوند.

محققان در این مطالعه 55 داوطلب غیر سیگاری و سالم را مورد بررسی قرار دادند. در ابتدا نمونه‌های خون از این افراد گرفته شد و پس از سپری کردن یک ساعت در اتاق حاوی دود سیگار، سطح MPV و لاکتات، همچنین سطح کربکسی هموگلوبین (COHb) در خون اندازه‌گیری شد.

کربوکسی هموگلوبین در زمان اتصال مونوکسید کربن (CO) با هموگلوبین (Hb) در گلبول‌های قرمز تشکیل می‌شود.

مطالعات قبلی نشان می‌دهد، مواد شیمیایی موجود در دود سیگار به ویژه نیکوتین و مونوکسید کربن باعث افزایش فاکتور فعال کننده پلاکت می‌شود. همچنین منوکسید کربن نقش مهمی در افزایش سطح MPV ایفا می‌کند.

سطح هر سه پارامتر در خون افراد پس از قرار گرفتن در معرض دود سیگار غیر مستقیم افزایش یافت و محققان ارتباط معنا داری بین سطح MPV و COHb پیدا کردند؛ به نظر می‌رسد افزایش سطح لاکتات نیز به دلیل کاهش سطح اکسیژن خون و در نتیجه افزایش سطح منوکسید کربن روی می‌دهد.
