بچه ها آوونکستون رو 2 ماه یه بار بگیرین..8 تا یه جا تا این مصیبتا پیش نیاد

البته ناراحتی نداره مگه آوونکس مارو نگه داشته تا الان؟:35:

من فقط اطلاعاتی که داشتم را گفتم
بله به من اینطوری گفتن که اردیبهشت ماه
ولی این به این معنی نیست که وارد داروخانه ها شود و هرکسی بتواند بخرد
هر دارویی برای ورود به داروخانه ها باید مراحلی را طی کند که این دارو در حال طی این مراحل می باشد
من در آینده نزدیک اطلاعات کامل و دقیقی را بعد از هماهنگی ها عنوان خواهم کرد
یادت باشد گاهی اوقات بدست نیاوردن آنچه می خواهی نوعی شانس و اقبال است.
در روز تولدت درختی بکار،که در سبزی دنیا تو هم سهیم باشی .
طوری زندگی کن که هر وقت اطرافیانت خوبی، مهربانی و بزرگواری دیدند، به یاد تو بیفتند.

محمدعلی صحرائیان نایب رئیس انجمن ام اس ایران در گفتگو با خبرنگار باشگاه خبرنگاران افزود:‌شرایط کشور در مورد داروی بیماران ام‌اس شرایط خوبی است.

وی با بیان اینکه هم اکنون هزینه داروی بیماران ام‌اس از حدود 30 تا 270هزار تومان است گفت: این هزینه هم گاهی برای بیماران گران است و بیماران قادر به پرداخت این هزینه‌های نیستند.

صحرائیان تصریح کرد؛ حمایت‌هایی از سوی انجمن و سایر نهاد‌ها به بیماران ام‌اس می‌شود اما این حمایت‌ها با توجه به روند روبه‌رشد بیماری کافی نیست و انجمن به تنهایی قادر به حل مشکلات این بیماران نیست و نیازمند این هستیم که نهادهای دولتی و خصوصی در این زمینه کارهای بیشتری انجام دهند تا بتوانیم خدمات بیشتری را به این بیماران ارائه دهیم.

وی اظهار داشت: شرایط روحی برای بیماران ام‌اس بسیار بسیار مهم است و استرس موجب تشدید این بیماری می‌شود.

وی افزود: برای اینکه این بیماران غیر از درد بیماری درد دیگری نداشته باشند باید دست به دست هم دهیم و در همه زمینه ها حمایت‌های مادی و معنوی به این بیماران داشته باشیم.



جلوگیری از استرس مهمترین توصیه به بیماران ام‌اس

در ادامه صحرائیان افزود:‌شاید بهترین توصیه‌ای که به همه بیماران ام‌اس می‌توان کرد پرهیز از استرس، هیجانات منفی و افسردگی است.

وی گفت: از بروز بیماری ام‌اس نمی‌توان پیشگیری کرد اما با رعایت این مورد می‌توان از تشدید این علایم جلوگیری نمود.

صحرائیان با بیان اینکه استعمال دخانیات موجب تشدید علایم این بیماری می‌شود تصریح کرد: پرهیز از سیگار کشیدن موجب کاهش بروز حملات این بیماری می شود.

وی اظهار داشت: بیماران ام‌اس در فصل زمستان تا حد امکان سرمانخورند زیرا این سرماخوردگی‌ها موجب بروز و تشدید این بیماری می شوند./ح
