مصرف كورتون در درازمدت باعث بروز آب سياه مي‌شود


يك چشم پزشك گفت: ضربه خوردن و وجود برخي بيماري‌ها چشمي مي‌تواند عامل بروز آب سياه در چشم باشد.

دكتر بشارتي در گفت‌وگو با خبرنگار بهداشت و درمان ايسنا منطقه يزد، گفت: مصرف داروهايي همچون كورتون و بتامتازون در درازمدت به صورت خوراكي، حتي اشتنشاقي،‌ تزريقي و... مي‌تواند موجبات بيماري آب مرواريد و يا آب سياه در برخي افراد شود.

وي تاكيد كرد:‌ اين داروها در همه افراد اين عوارض را در بر ندارد بلكه درصدي از افراد با ميزان متفاوتي تحت تاثير چنين عوارضي هستند.

وي در ادامه گفت: نور آفتاب نمي‌تواند عامل بروز آب سياه باشد. عوامل بسياري همچون فاكتورهاي ارثي، بعضي بيماري‌هاي چشمي، ضربه و ... زمينه ساز ابتلا به اين بيماري هستند. ضمن اين كه بيشتر عوارض بيماري آب سياه چشم ناشناخته هستند.

وي همچنين بيشترين سن در معرض خطر ابتلا به بيماري آب سياه چشم را در افراد بالاي 45 سال ذكر كرد.
