خواص درمانی به‌لیمو

نام به‌لیمو برای خیلی از افراد آشناست. گیاهی كه اگر بخواهیم ریشه رویش آن را پیدا كنیم، باید به کشورهای آمریکای‌جنوبی مانند شیلی و پرو سفر كنیم.


این گیاه به‌طور وسیع در باغ‌های کشورهای اروپایی نیز کشت می‌شود...

این گیاه امروزه در شمال کشورمان نیز کشت می‌شود و گونه‌های بومی‌ای نیز از جنس Lippia در مناطق گرمسیری و نیمه‌گرمسیری وجود دارند.

به‌لیمو، درختچه‌ای است خزان‌پذیر از خانواده شاهپسند که ارتفاع آن به 3 تا 5 متر نیز می‌رسد. برگ‌های این گیاه به صورت کشیده و به رنگ سبز کمرنگ هستند و به‌صورت دسته‌های سه‌تایی روی ساقه‌شان قرار می‌گیرند. گل‌های این گیاه به رنگ بنفش کمرنگ به‌صورت گل آذین پانیکول در انتهای ساقه وجود دارند.

به‌لیمو برای رشد به هوای گرم، نور فراوان و رطوبت بالا نیاز دارد و به سرما حساس است. برای رشد به خاک‌هایی با بافت سبک نیازمند است و pH خاک مناسب برای این گیاه 5/6 ذکر شده است.

قلمه‌زدن در فصل تابستان بهترین روش برای تکثیر به‌لیمو است. بهتر است جهت ریشه‌دار شدن قلمه‌ها، آنها را مدتی در زیر سایبان قرار دهیم.

برگ‌ها و پیکر رویشی تازه این گیاه، حاوی اسانسی است که بوی لیمو می‌دهد و آنچنان عطر دلنشینی دارد که همیشه به عنوان یک گیاه معطر در باغ‌های سلطنتی اسپانیا کشت می‌شده است. ترکیب اصلی اسانس به‌لیمو سیترال است.

به‌لیمو خواص درمانی زیادی دارد. این گیاه دارای خاصیت تب‌بر، مسکن، ضدنفخ، موثر در هضم غذا و آرامش‌بخش است.


اگر بخواهیم به اعصابمان كمی آرامش بدهیم، كافی است مقداری چای به‌لیمو بنوشیم. این دم كرده فوق العاده آرام‌بخش و تسکین‌دهنده اعصاب است. اسانس این گیاه در صنایع غذایی و در تهیه انواع عطر و ادکلن بسیار کاربرد دارد. به‌لیمو یکی از گیاهانی است که امروزه در باغ‌های آروماتیک کشورهای اروپایی به‌وفور کشت می‌شود.

خصوصیات گیاهشناسی:

به لیمو درختچه‌ایست چندساله با شاخه‌های پر پشت. برگها ساده و نیزه‌ای شكل به رنگ سبز روشن كه بسیار خوش عطر هستند.

- گلهای به‌لیمو كوچك و سفید رنگ می‌باشند.

- ارتفاع گیاه بسته شرایط آب و هوایی متغیر و از 150-50 سانتی‌متر می‌باشد.

- گیاه در قسمت پایین و نزدیك سطح خاك كاملا خشبی می‌شود.

اكولوژی: به لیمو گیاهی است كه به آب و هوای آفتابی و معتدل نیاز دارد.

- در مناطق بادخیز نیز رشد مطلوبی ندارد.

- به لیمو خاكهایی با بافت متوسط و عمیق و غنی از مواد غذایی را طلب می‌كند.

- اسیدیته مناسب خاك برای رشد آن حدود 7 می‌باشد.



كاشت: تكثیر به لیمو از طریق قلمه ساقه می‌باشد.

- برای تهیه قلمه می‌توان در اوایل پاییز اقدام به تهیه قلمه نمود. بدین منظور قلمه‌های چوبی به ارتفاع 10 سانتی‌متر از گیاه جدا شده و در بستر ماسه‌ای مناسب در گلخانه قرار می‌دهیم تا كاملا ریشه‌دار شوند.

- كشت به‌لیمو بصورت بهاره می‌باشد و انتقال نشاءها به مزرعه اصلی در اردیبهشت ماه انجام می‌شود.

- سیستم كشت بصورت فارو می‌باشد كه در این حالت فاصله ردیف‌ها را حدود 100 و فاصله گیاهان روی هر ردیف را حدود 50 سانتی‌متر در نظر می‌گیرند.

- برای كشت یك هكتار به‌لیمو حدودا به 20000 قلمه مناسب نیاز است.

داشت: نیاز آبی به‌لیمو نسبتا زیاد است و به توجه به گرمای هوا حدودا هر 6 روز یكبار باید آبیاری انجام شود.

- گیاه به انتقال حساس است و ممكن است پس از انتقال برگهای آن خزان كند ولی مجددا برگهای جدید ظاهر می‌شوند. نكته مهم این است كه به محض خروج نشاء‌ها از بستر گلخانه بلافاصه باید در زمین اصلی كشت شوند.

- مبارزه با علفهای هرز نیز می‌تواند بصورت مكانیكی انجام گیرد.



برداشت: اندام دارویی مورد استفاده به‌لیمو برگهای آن می‌باشند.

- برداشت را می‌توان چندین بار در طول فصل بهار و تابستان انجام داد.

- برگها بلافاصله پس از برداشت باید در خشك‌كن‌های مصنوعی با دمای 35 درجه و یا در سایه خشك شوند.

- برداشت بصورت هرس شاخه‌های گیاه می‌باشد و باید از شكسته شدن برگها در هنگام عملیات برداشت جلوگیری شود.

- عملكرد به‌لیمو حدود 1200 كیلوگرم برگ خشك در هكتار است.

- پس برداشت آخر در پاییز حتما باید گیاهان را كف‌بر كرد تا در زمستان در اثر سرما از بین نروند.
