مصرف خودسرانه ویتامین d باعث میشود کلسیم در خون و گرفتگی عضلات میشود و اگر بیشتر از 100 شود باعث مسمومیت در بدن میشود . این ویتامین باید تحت نظر پزشک و بعد از آزمایش مصرف گردد.هر 2 هفته یک عدد.خود من ویتامینم از مرز 93.3 گذشته و من مصرف این ویتامین رو قطع کردم.دکترم باز ویتامین تجویز کرده بود خودم رفتم آزمایش دادم و فهمیدم ویتامینم زیاده.fighting0030.gif

مصرف میزان بالای ویتامین D به طور روزانه به بیماران ام-اسی کمک کرده و از عود کردن این بیماری پیشگیری کند. در واقع زمانی که پوست در تماس با نور خورشید قرار می‌گیرد این ویتامین ساخته می‌شود و از طرفی می‌توان آن را در غذاهایی مانند زرده‌ی تخم مرغ٬ پنیر و روغن ماهی هم یافت.
تحقیقات نشان می‌دهد کمبود میزان ویتامین D که با سلامت و استحکام استخوان‌ها مرتبط بوده با بیماری ام-اس هم ارتباط دارد و در حال حاضر ۲.۵ میلیون نفر در سرتاسر جهان به آن مبتلا هستند. محققان معتقدند بیمارانی که از مکمل‌های ویتامین D استفاده می‌کنند می‌توانند تعداد دفعات بروز و شدت این بیماری را بکاهند.
در همین زمینه محققان ۴۰ فردی که بیماری ام-اس آنها حالت عودکننده و بهبودیابنده داشت به مدت شش ماه و با مصرف روزانه ی مکمل‌های حاوی ویتامین D مورد آزمایش قرار دادند. بیماران به دو گروه تقسیم شدند: یک گروه بر اساس واحدهای بین المللی به طور روزانه دوزهای ۱۰۴۰۰ یا ۸۰۰ مصرف کرده در مقایسه با گروه دیگری که به طور روزانه ۶۰۰ IU مصرف می‌کرد. در آغاز آزمایش از شرکت کنندگان آزمایش خون به عمل آمد و بعد سرِ شش ماه هم دوباره این آزمایش را انجام دادند تا میزان ویتامین D را در خون آنها و واکنش در سلول‌های T سیستم ایمنی‌شان بسنجند که نقشی کلیدی در بیماری ام-اس ایفا می‌کند.
آن دسته از شرکت کنندگانی که دوزهای بالا مصرف می کردند میزان سلول های T آنها بر اساس فعالیت ام-اس کاهش یافت. تنها عوارض جانبی خفیفی از این آزمایش گزارش و تنها یک نفر در هر گروه دچار عود این بیماری شد. آن دسته از افرادی که دوز کمی مصرف کردند در سلول‌های T آنها تغییری مشاهده نشد. محققان می‌گویند امیدواریم تغییرات در واکنش‌های التهابی سلول های T بتواند به شدت کاسته شده‌ی این بیماری تغییر یابد.
