در آخرین ملاقات با پزشک معالجم، ایشان عنوان کردند که تاثیر استفاده از داروی تزریقی (خوب من قبلاً ربیف والآن سینووکس مصرف می‌کنم)35-30%، واثر استفاده‌ از ویتامین‌ها (امگا3، کلسیم، و..) به اضافه استفاده از داروهای ضدافسردگی (برای من فلوکستین تجویز کردند) نیز 35-30% است.
برایم جالب وکمی عجیب بود؛ در این راستا به اصطلاح خودمون google کردم وقسمتی از آن چه یافتم به این شرح است:
• کمبود کلسیم و ویتامین دی نه تنها منجر به بروز پوکی استخوان شده بلکه ابتلا به بیماری‌های سیستمیک، دیابت و به خصوص ابتلای به ام اس را هم در پی داشته است.
• بر اساس یک مطالعه تحقیقاتی، تزریق ویتامین میتواند محافظت بیماران مبتلا به مالتیپل اسکروسز (ام.اس) در برابر ناتوانی شدید بلندمدت ناشی از این بیماری کمک کند.
• محققان دریافتند استفاده موشهای مبتلا به عارضه هایی شبیه ام.اس از شکلی ویتامین ‪ B3‬به نام "نیکوتینامید" (‪ (nicotinamide‬خطر انحطاط عصبی را در آنها کاهش می‌دهد.
• بنا به تحقیقاتی جدید، مصرف قرص ویتامین دی خطر ابتلا به بیماری ام اس (multiple sclerosis) در زنان را به میزان 40 درصد کاهش می دهد.
• مصرف امگا 3 تأثير مناسبي در تكميل‌ غشاي سلولي دارد و بنابراين نقش مهمي در روند بهبود بيماري ام اس خواهد داشت.
• ماهي‌هاي چرب، گردو، تخم مرغ، كنجد و نارگيل از موادي است كه مقدار قابل توجهي امگا 3 دارد كه تجويز آن براي بيماران مبتلا به ام اس براي كاهش تعداد حمله‌هاي اين بيماري ضروري است.
• داروهای ضدافسردگی که برای بیماران تجویز می شود تا مشکل افسردگی آنها در ارتباط با ابتلاء به ام اس برطرف شود، باعث می گردد که گاهی اوقات گرفتگی یا اسپاسم عضلات انها نیز رفع گردد
• علت تأثیر مستقیم بیماری یا عوارض دارویی و یا شرایط محیطی ناخواسته، افسردگی از همراهان شایع بیماری ام‌اس می‌باشد . هرگاه احساس نمودید که از نظر روانی دچار حالتهای غیر طبیعی خلق یا سایر اختلالات مشابه شدید با مشورت پزشک معالج به روانپزشک مراجعه نمایید .
• بيماران ام اس زودتر از ساير افراد دچار احساس خستگي مي‌شوند. علل خستگي اين بيماران متفاوت مي‌باشد. كم‌خوابي، افسردگي و اضطراب از علل شايع خستگي هستند. در موارديكه هيچ علتي براي خستگي يافت نشود از داروهائي مثل آمانتادين، فلوكستين و ... استفاده مي‌شود.

اما از همه اینها بگذریم، آنچه گفته شد تنها 60- تا 70% قضیه بود، مابقی روحیه ماست. ورزش، تفریح، رفت وآمد و...
"شاد بودن" را فراموش نکنیم!

باسلام حضور دوستان عزیز
من فکر میکنم باید بگید این 30تا40 درصد قضیه بود و مابقی به روحیه فرد بر میگرده،چون قدر مسلم این هست که افراد در صورت عصبی بودن دچار تشدید علایم ام اس میشوند و سپس با تقویت روحیه و سوار شدن بر اوضاع حالشون رو به بهبودی میره،هرچند ممکن گاهی این وسط نیاز به کورتن تراپی باشه...............
من چندتا مثال برای شما می زنم چند روز قبل از عید یکی از بستگان نزدیک فوت کرد ،همه در مراسم طبق روال معمول شرکت کردند،متوفی بزرگ فامیل بود و نسبت به فامیل بسیار مهربان و دلسوز بود، یکی ازبستگان که دیابت داشت و خیلی متاثر شده بود و به شدت گریه میگرد ، قندش بالا اومد وبا اینکه در روز 2 بار انسولین تزریق میکرد بدلیل بالا اومدن قند توان سرپا ایستادن رو نداشت، خودم هم بی بهره از شیطنت های مالتیپل نموندم، ولی با مراجعه به پزشک و گرفتن آزمایش معلوم شد که مشکل اصلی کمبود vd3هست.............
در کل ما باید با روی خندان و تعجب نکردن نسبت به مسایلی که پیش میاد جلوی عودهای مالتیپل رو بگیریمicon_biggrin

تازگيا دجار گريه هاي نا خواسته ميشم sad
نميدونم بايد جي كار كنم قبلا كه تو تستاي روانشناسي ام اس با سوال در مورد خنده وگريه هاي غير طبيعي مواجه ميشدم به نظرم مسخره ميومد اما الان خودم
گرفتار شدمsad2

افسانه جان من فلوکستین مصرف می کنم،
البته به تجویز دکترم...
ولی به زودی ترکش می کنم
وسعی می کنم ورزش و دور هم جمع شدن وتفریح وخلاصه هر چیزی که شادم می کنه رو جایگزینش کنم...
حالت رو درک می کنم
امیدوارم سال نو انقدر با اتفاقات خوب برات همراه باشه، که جایی برای اندوه باقی نمونه...

قربون ربيف حداقلش سه بار در هفته هست و سر جمع 10 دقيقه وقت ميبره
من انقدر مكمل ميخورم كه ربيف اصلا به نظر نمياد
مثلا يه موردش عسله
روزي 12تا قاشقbadtaste
صبح تا شب دارن جوشونده و دم نوش ميدن به خوردمSmile (16)
انقدر زيادن كه تو طول روز اصلا تشنه نميشم
