هفتمین فراخوان کوهنوردی ام اس سنتر

این سه چیز را همراه داشته باشم :

طبق برنامه ریزی های انجام شده توسط بخش ورزشی و توانبخشی سایت ، قصد داریم تیمی از اعضای سایت ام اس سنتر را جهت صعود به دماوند برای تابستان سال آینده آماده کنیم .
2 برنامه اول (شاید هم شد 3 تا!) اعلام عمومی بوده اما بر اساس توانایی ها و روحیات گروهی افراد ، اعضای شرکت کننده انتخاب می شوند
اما در برنامه های بعدی تنها با افرادی که به طور قطع برای تیم انتخاب شده اند برنامه ها را اجرا می کنیم و طبق برنامه ریزی اولیه 7 برنامه دیگر در پیش داریم

هفتمین فراخوان : کوهپیمایی به ایستگاه 5 توچال (سطح برنامه نیمه سنگین)
تاریخ : 25 اسفند 91
زمان : 7 صبح
مکان : ولنجک - مسیر تله کابین
مقصد : ایستگاه 5 تله کابین
ارتفاع : 2910 متر
وسایل مورد نیاز:
کفش (لزومی به کفش حرفه ای کوهنوردی نمی باشد، ولی کف کفش لیز نباشه و آجدار باشه، یه مقدار ساقدار باشه و پاتون توش راحت باشه) – لباس گرم، باد گیر – کلاه و دستکش – لیوان – صبحانه (چای، نان، پنیر و …) – خرما، شکلات و کاکائو – ناهار (سعی شود از کنسرو ، الویه و یا کوکو استفاده شود) – آب معدنی
* یک کوله سبک و راحت جهت کوهپیمایی انتخاب شود از سنگین کردن کوله پرهیز شود
نوع برنامه : کوهنوردی نیمه سنگین
هدف از برنامه : آماده سازی جهت صعود به دماوند

تذکر : این برنامه عمومی بوده اما به دلیل اینکه جهت آماده سازی برای صعود به دماوند می باشد کاملا انتخابی هست به همین دلیل تنها افرادی اجازه شرکت در این برنامه را خواهند داشت که مورد تایید باشند (با توجه به برنامه های قبلی) دوستان که تازه اقدام به شرکت در برنامه می کنند هم طی تماس با مدیر و تایید میتونن در برنامه شرکت کنند

پی نوشت:

◄ دوستان عزیز حتما” قوانین و مقررات گروه کوهنوردی ام اس سنتر را مطالعه و بعد از قبول آن اقدام به شرکت در برنامه نمائید.
◄ساعت 7 صبح جمعه درب ورودی مجموعه توچال حضور داشته باشید
◄ افرادی که تمایل به شرکت در برنامه را دارند حتما در نظرسنجی شرکت کنند .
◄ از تمامی دوستانی که قصد شرکت در برنامه کوهنوردی را دارند تقاضا می شود حتما” از طریق پیغام خصوصی حضور خود را اعلام نمایند.

من کوه قبلا خیلی زیاد میرفتم مخصوصا زمان دانشجویی ...اون وقتا فقط پسرا رو دعوت میکردیم با ما بیان کوه تا فقط چایی برامون حاضر کنن و کوله های سنگین رو بندازیم روشون

من اگه ۲۵ اسفند تهران می بودم می آمدم ولی چه کار می شه کرد angry2 دم عید دیگه می روم شهرستان در کنار خانوادم باشم

منم خیلی دوست دارم بیام..الته دماوند..چون 25 اسفند نمیتونم بیام..یه سوال:اگه بخوایم بیایم دماوند حتما باید این چند تا برنامه رو شرکت کنیم؟؟؟
