استقرار صورت اسب - shokolat - 2013/01/08

VATAYANASANA: (استقرار صورت اسب )

Vatayana "به معنای" اسب "است. این آسانا شباهت صورت اسب را دارد. از این رو است به عنوان Vatayanasana نامیده می شود.

تکنیک

1. برروی زمین بنشینید.جای پای راست بر روی ران پای چپ در این موقعیت میباشد.

2.به آرامی دم وبازدم را انجام دهید،تنه را به بالاتر از سطح زمین بکشیدوزانوی راست را روی زمین قرار دهید.پای چپ رادر نزدیکی زانوی راست را نگه دارید،کف پای راست خودرا درانتهایی ران پای چپ قرار دهید.

3.دست ها را به ارامی بالا برده وبه سمت جلو بکشید. آرنج ها را خم وتانزدیکی قفسه سینه بالا ببرید(مراجعه به شکل).پشت بازوی راست بر روی ناحیه تاشدگی ارنج دست چپ قرار گیرد.

4.در این موقعیت برای حدود 20 ثانیه با تنفس عادی باقی بمانید.

5. به ارامی بازوها را رها سازید وبر روی زمین بنشینید.

6. برای سمت دیگر بدن ین رکت را انجام دهید.

توجه: در مرحله اولیه انجام حرکت (حفظ تعادل وچرخاندن دست)شاید بسیار دشوار بنظر برسد امابا تمرین به طور منظم می توان با تعادل کامل حرکت را انجام داد.
مزایای درمانی

1. درد پا و درد مفاصل را کاهش می دهد.

2. با توجه به پیچ و تاب دست ها باعث انعطاف پذیری دستان وانگشتان میشود. از این رو برای هنرمندان و صنعتگران توصیه می شود.

وای ؟؟؟!!!!! مگه میشه گلم پارو تو این حالت آورد بالاو اونطوری قرارش بدی رو اونیکی پا !!! خیلی خیلی مشکله هم تعادل میخواد هم اینکه عضلات پا و مفاصل نرم . بازم سعی میکنم فعلا ک نشدconfusedconfused

بله سخته ولی حرکات یوگا همش قبل از انجام به یه گرم کردن حسابی نیازداره
