ARDHA CHANDRASANA: (استقرار نیمه ماه) - shokolat - 2013/01/04

Ardshaاشاره به نیم. چاندرا "ماه" است. این تمرین یوگایی شبیه نیمه ماه، از این رو آن را به عنوان Ardha Chandrasana نامیده می شود.

تکنیک

1. انجام Tadasana (مراجعه کنید به شکل 1.0).[attachment=8633]

2. دستهای خود را بالای سر ببرید وبدن راراست به همراه دستها به خوبی به عقب بکشید.

3. به ارامی نفس بکشید وطوری به عقب خم شود که با سطح افق موازی قرار گیرید.

4. به مدت 15-20ثانیه به ارامی دراین موقعیت بمانید.

5. به آرامی دست و بدن را به جلو بکشیدو سپس به وضعیت طبیعی بازگردید.

مزایای درمانی

1. حرکتی مناسب برای ارگان های شکمی و دستگاه گوارش بدن است.

2. این تمرین به درمان مشکل معده و سوء هاضمه کمک می کند.

3. تعادل بدن را حفظ، سفتی ماهیچه های پا و دست را برطرف میکند.

4.به حفظ شکل وساختار خوب بدن کمک میکند.

آخه این پرسیدن داره بچه؟

خب مسلما باید بدنت گرم باشه و گرنه حرکات کششی یا هر ورزش دیگه ای باعث بدن دردت میشه یا باید کلا اهل ورزش باشی که بدنت انعطاف پذیر باشه

خب هر کار یهویی ممکنه عواقبی داشته باشه.همونطور که میدونیم پایه حرکات مختلف یوگا تمرکز وکشش هست.این حرکات هم دقت کرده باشید باکشش اعضای مختلف بدن همراهه.قبل از انجام هر حرکت گرم کردن عمومی همیشه لازمه وبسته به نوع حرکت اصلی یه سری گرم کردن اختصاصی هم باید داشته باشیم.
مجال اموختن اناتومی عضلات وحرکت شناسی شاید اینجا نباشه ولی هر سوالی داشته باشید درخدمتم وامیدوارم بتونم کمکی کنمagreement2

خیلی باحال بود agreement2agreement2 فقط یه خورده دیر این جوابا رو خوندم Dodgy

از خواب بعدازظهری که پاشدم همون کنار تخت این حرکت و انجام دادم Smile (16) اولش یه 5 ثانیه کلا سرم گیج رفت و سیاهی میدیدم (یه چی تو مایه های اینکه یه ساعت یه کله دوسیب بکشی ، چجوری میشه همونجوری ) Dodgy ولی بعدش باورتون نمیشه کلا خستگی و کوفتگی و اون حالت کرختیه بعد خواب از بدن رفت، به جان خودم فکر نمیکردم اینقذه حال بده Smile (16)Smile (16)

ولی الان کمرم یه خورده میدرده Dodgy

از خواب بعدازظهری که پاشدم همون کنار تخت این حرکت و انجام دادم Smile (16) اولش یه 5 ثانیه کلا سرم گیج رفت و سیاهی میدیدم (یه چی تو مایه های اینکه یه ساعت یه کله دوسیب بکشی ، چجوری میشه همونجوری ) Dodgy ولی بعدش باورتون نمیشه کلا خستگی و کوفتگی و اون حالت کرختیه بعد خواب از بدن رفت، به جان خودم فکر نمیکردم اینقذه حال بده Smile (16)Smile (16)

ولی الان کمرم یه خورده میدرده Dodgy
