وضعیت عقاب - shokolat - 2012/10/13

Garuda اشاره به "عقاب". این استقرار حرکتی نمادین از یک عقاب است. ما می دانیم که عقاب پادشاه پرندگان است. کاملا به همین ترتیب، Garudasana یکی از تمرینات برجسته در علم یوگایی است.

تکنیک

1. در موقعیت شکل زیر قرار گیرید.

2. کشش هر دو دست به جلو. دست باید افقی به زمین است. پای راست را جلو و 2 یا 3 نفس عمیق بکشید.

3. آرنج و بازو را خم کنیدوتاسطح بینی بالا بیاورید. همزمان پای راست در پشت ساق پای چپ قرار گیرد. (مراجعه به شکل )

4. در این موقعیت برای چند ثانیه با تنفس عادی باقی بمانید.

5. بازوها و پاها رابه آرامی رها و دوباره به حالت طبیعی بازگردید.

6. این تمرین را برای سمت چپ بدن نیز تکرار کنید.

مزایای درمانی

1. انجام این تمرین به ایجادکشش دست ها و پاها کمک کرده و درد در مچ پا و شانه ها را تسکین می دهد.

2. به رفع گرفتگی در عضلات ساق پاکمک می کند.

برای اینکه این حرکت رو بدون مشکل بتونی انجام بدی پیشنهاد میکنم با حرکت درخت شروع کنی چون حرکت دستها در حرکت درخت زیادپیچیدگی نداره وبیشتر میتونی روی تعادل تمرکز داشته باشی.agreement2
بعدش یواش یواش با تمرین ایشالا میتونی این حرکتم انجام بدیicon_biggrin

این حرکتو تو کلاس یوگا انجام دادم با این تفاوت که ساق پای راست جلوی ساق پای چپ بود.تو تصویر پای راست از جلوی پای چپ رد میشه بعد میپیچه پشتش!شدنیه ولی چقدر سخته پام درد گرفت

به جان خودم شکلو ببین من رو شکل توضیح دادم.اول فکر کردم طرف یه پاش کوتاس همونجا تموم شده!ولی نیگا بقیه پای چپش نیست خب حتما پیچیده پشت پای راست دیگه!خیلی سخته پا درد گرفتم.
ولی اونی که تو کلاس یوگا انجام دادم انقدر پا پیچ نمیخوره ساق پای راست جلوی ساق پای چپ خم میشه امتحان کن
