روزه داری و ام اس (تجربیات مبتلایان) - earth - 2012/01/19

اگرچه این موضوع تکراری است اما دوستای خوبم من نه فقط از دکترم بلکه از چندین دکتر مجرب و شهره در زمینه روزه داری برای ام اس پرسیدم همه با هم دارای یک نظر بودند که اگه می تونی بگیر ولی روزه داری یک استرس بزرگ هست. و استرس هم برای این بیماری سمه. یکی از دکترها هم با شدت اینو رد کرد که به هیچوجه نباید معده ات رو خالی نگه داری اگرچه همونطور هم نباید پرخوری کنی. من یکی که تازگیها به طرز فجیحی وقتی گرسنه که نه چون این روزها اصلن گرسنه نمی شم، وقتی معده ام خالی می شه حال بسیار بدی پیدا می کنم. فکر نکنید بعد از این حال به اندازه یه بوفالو می خورم نه یه کف دست نون و پنیر هم کفایت می کنه که به این روز نیفتم. من با اعتقادات مذهبی دوستان کاری ندارم ولی این ثابت شده است که روزه برای بیماران ام اس خوب نیست حالا این اطلاعات رو از کجا میارن من نمی دونم.

فكر نميكنم كه گرسنگي كشيدن براي اين بيماري خوب باشه
بلكه باعث بدتر شدن اون هم ميشه
چون من خودم اين رو تجربه كردم.
وقتي كه خييلي گرسنه بشم چشمام سياهي ميره و پشت گردنم يه صداهايي ميده (confused2)

من تجربه ی خوبی درمورد این موضوع ندارم
اوایل که تازه فهمیده بودم ام اس دارم موقع ماه رمضان طبق سالهای قبل روزه گرفته بودم ظهر که شد احساس کردم تاری چشمهام بدتر شده و یک ساعت بعد تغریبا همه جا رو مات میدیدم شوهرم گفت نباید روزه می گرفتی و من فورا با پزشکم تماس گرفتم وایشان تاکید کرد روزه ام را بشکنم تا کار دست خودم نداده ام و تاکید کردند روزه نگیرم به همین دلیل هر سال ماه رمضان از روزه گرفتن محرومم
من خودم خیلی معتقدم که حتما باید به دستورات خداوند عمل کنم ولی خداوند خود، انسان مریض را از روزه داری منع کرده و روزه داری کسی که به بدنش زیان برساند عین گناه است خدا الرحم و الرحمین است

منم فکر کنم گرسنگی طولانی مدت برای ام اس خوب نباشه،چون دکترم بهم گفته نباید روزه بگیرم. یکی از بچه ها بخاطر همین روزه گرفتن و گرسنگی طولانی فلج شد.

من اون موقع که بیمار شده بودمم بعد اینکه از بستری شدن در رفتم و تموم شد توی ماه رمضون بود دکتر هم بهم هیچی نگفت بعد یه هفته اومدم بقیه روزم رو گرفتم confused2
و سال بعدش هم همینطور اون موقع هم بتافرون میزدم بعد که افطار میکردم میرفتم تزریق میکردم یهب ار که به دکتر گفتم گفت نگیری بهتر ولی اگه میخوای بگیر ولی مثلا هفته ای دو سه روز
من به همین هم راضی بودم و گرفتم
توی اینترنتم که سرچ میکردممیدیدم گفته اوناییکه عود ندارن یا ام اسشون خفیفه میتونن روزه بگیرن
توی صدا و سیما هم ماه رمشون در مورد دیابت و بیماران ریوی قلبی و .......... حرف میزنن جز ام اسیها ما هم تکلیفمون رو نمیدونیم به همین خاطر منم روزه میگیرم ولی امسال بجا 30 روز 10 روز گرفتم بقیش اوونکس داشتم یا عوارض یا ........wink2

من که امسال برای اولین بار همه روزه هامو گرفتم و خدا رو شکر هیچ مشکلی هم نداشتم.حس میکردم حالم بهتر هم شدهSmile

من مدت 15 ساله که روزه نمی گیرم.......وقتی حتی در طی روز اگه گرسنه بشم فورا سردرد میگیرم وتنم می لرزه اصلا نمی تونم روزه بگیرم sad2sad2sad2sad2sadsad

منم همه دکترای قبلی و فعلیم با روزه گرفتن موافق نبودن
الانم اگه گرسنگیم یه کم طولانی بشه بلافاصله سردرد میگیرم

دکترای منم گفتند که روزه نگیرم و برام ضرر داره ولی پرخوری هم خوب نیست و باید غذا رو به مقدارکم خورد .
من صبحها قبل از خوردن صبحانه حالم بهتر از بعد از خوردن صبحانه اس نمیدونم چرا با اینکه خیلی کم صبحانه میخورم!
