محققان دریافتند مصرف شیر کاکائو، پس ازکار بدنی یا مسابقه سخت، بیش از هر نوشیدنی ورزشی دیگر کمک به برگشت انرژی در این افراد می کند.

طبق تحقیقات جدید در دانشگاه تگزاس آمریکا، شیر کاکائو بویژه از نوع کم چرب، نوشیدنی ایده آل در بهبود و بازیابی توان از دست رفته بعد از انجام تمرینات ورزشی سخت است.



براساس تحقیق، ورزشکارانی که بعد از یک فعالیت سخت بجای مصرف نوشیدنی های ورزشی (نوشیدنی های ورزشی کربوهیدراتی و یا نوشیدنی های فاقد کالری)، شیرکاکائو کم چرب مصرف می کنند، دارای فیزیک بدنی بهتر هستند.

در واقع مصرف شیرکاکائو در این افراد کمک به شکل گیری بهتر عضلات و کاهش جذب چربی می کند.

هر گونه چیزی که به شیر اضافه بشه.کلن هر طعم دهنده ای...اضافه شه،متاسفانه 60% از جذب کلسیم رو در شیر کاهش میده.

منم شیرکاکائو خیلی دوس دارم همیشه هم بجای میان وعده هام میخورم اما مشکلی که هست همیشه بعد ازخوردنشم بشدت خوابم میگیره!!!! نمیدونم یعنی از انرژی زیاد اوردوز میشهconfused
