تمرینات پنجه پا: - Prime - 2011/09/02

تمرین یک:

گام یک:
پا را به سمت عقب بکشید و کمی نگه دارید.

گام دو:
پا را به سمت جلو برده و کشیده نگه دارید. این کار را به آرامی انجام دهید.
اگر این حرکت موجب اسپاسم در عضلات کف پا شد؛ گام اول را انجام داده و کمی بیشتر نگه دارید و تمرین یک را متوقف کنید.

تمرین دو:

گام یک:
پا ها را از مچ ثابت نگه داشته و پنجه ها را از هم دور کنید.

گام دو:
اینبار پاهارا به همین شکل به هم نزدیک کنید.

درهنگام تکرار حرکت برعکس عمل کنید.

تمرین سه:

گام یک:
پنجه خود را ب سمت کف پا خم کنید.

گام دو:
پنجه را تا جایی که می توانید به خارج خم کنید.

تمرین چهار:

گام یک:
کف پا را روی زمین قرار دهید و انگشتان را از هم دور کنید.

گام دو:
انگشتان را به هم بچسبانید.

تمرین پنجم:

[attachment=3364]

برای تقویت انگشتان پا سعی کنید حوله ای خشک را روی زمین انداخته و با انگشتان پا آن را گرفته و بالا بیاورید.

laughing3 مال من رو گام دو مشکل داره!confused

نوشته بود ارگ گام دو رو مشکل دارید روی یک کار کنید.
ولی برعکسش رو ننوشته بود
باید برم ببینم این فیزو تراپ ها چی میگن!

این تمرین بدون نیاز به کمک گرفتن از همراه هست دوستانی که نمیتونن به تنهایی انجام بدن تمرینات دیگه ای هست که دقیقا همین کارایی را دارد و نیاز به همراه دارد میتونند اونها را انجام بدن
همین هفته دیگر تمرینات را روی سایت قرار میدیم
