یکم گردنم ورم داره هنوز نمی تونستم انجام بدم ولی انجامش دادم کمرم دردش یکم ساکت شد ولی گردنم کشیده شد درد گرفت smiling حالا بازم عیبی نداره خوب بود واسم love51

دوستای عزیزم برای یادگرفتن این حرکت از حالت سادش شروع کنید .یعنی:بدون اینکه به جلم خم بشد فقط:
تمامی وزن بدن رو روی کف پای راست ببرید پای چپ رو از زانو خم کنید و بادست چپ مچ یا پنجه پا رو نگه دارید و پنجه پا رو طوری به سمت باسن ببرید که عضله روی ران پای چپ کشیده شود.
دقت کنید که زانوی خم شده (چپ) و زانوی کشیده (راست ) در کنار یکدیگه قرار بگیرند.
عضلات باسن را منقبض کنید کمر را گود نکنید.دم بگیرید و دست راست را به سمت سقف بالا بکشید.
در طول حرکت به یک نقطه ثابت خیره شوید تا تعادلتون حفظ بشه.
حالا حرکت رو در سمت دیگه انجام بدید.
موارد احتیاط:
مشکلات جدی زانو
سردرد و سر گیجه
بی خوابی فشار خون پایین
فشار خون بالا (دستها را بالا نبرید)
سابقه جراحی در ناحیه شکم (حداقل تا 6 ال 5 ماه بعد از عمل این حرکت را انجام ندهید)

وجزو حرکات پایه وتعادلی است.بیشتر تمرکز بر روی تعادل است .جزو حرکات اصلی ومقدمه رشته ژیمناستیک است ومعمولا در اجرای برنامه های زمینی درژیمناستیک کودکان مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد برای اغاز وانجام حرکات دیگر.
