آیا ام اس درمان قطعی دارد؟ - mina - 2009/11/04

سلام

یه موضوعی مدتیه فکر منو مشغول کرده من جاهای مختلف خوندم یا شنیدم که میگن ام اس یه بیماری پیشرونده هست وبا داروهای موجود فقط

میشه سرعت پیشرفتشو کندکرد این در حالیه که من چند نفرو میشناسم که بهبود کامل پیدا کردن وداروهاشون قطع شده

حالا میخواستم ببینم این دو مورد با هم متناقض نیست؟ اگه ام اس درحال پیشرفته چطوری اینا خوب شدن؟

2نفر از کسانی که میشناسم که خوب شدن بیماریشون خفیف نبوده ومشکلات زیادی داشتن ولی الان دارو مصرف نمی کنن وحالشون هم خوبه

ویه سوال دیگه دکتر با توجه به چه مساله ای داروی یک بیمارو قطع میکنه و میگه خوب شدی دیگه احتیاج به دارو نداری؟

سلام مینا جان.
من از دکترم که پرسیدم گفت اگر حدود دوسال یا دوسال و نیم حمله جدیدی نداشته باشی و ام ار ای جدیدت هم پلاک جدیدی رو نشون نده دیگه نیازی به امپول نیست.
راستی باتوجه به اینکه همشهری هستیم میتونم بپرسم دکتر معالجت کیه و چند وقته که با ام اس همسفر شدی؟

بله من الان دو سال بيماري گرفتم
البته اون منو گرفته� Smile (16)

بعدشم توي اين دو سال اصلاهيچ مشكلي حمله اي نداشتم
ولي دكترم ميگه
قبلا دوره اين بيماري دو ساله بوده
ولي تجربه ثابت كرده
5 ساله باشه بهتره والاه همين ديگه
وگرنه چرا بعد از اين دوره مطمئن باش اگه ام است از نوع خوب باشه
يعني امپول قرص دكتر بيماري همه اينها فرتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتتت� Smile

مینا جان بستگی به شرایط داره
من ۲ سال بود هیچ حمله ای نداشتم ... دارو هم مصرف نمیکردم
ولی بعد از ۲ سال یه گزگز دست داشتم که اونم رفع شد ...
شاید اگه دارو ها رو استفاده میکردم کاملا برطرف شده بود

مینا خانم من هم حدود 5 سالی مشکلی نداشتم ولی الان چند وقتیه که کرختی و بیحالی پاهام داره ازیتم میکنه

مينا جان يه موقع الكي الكي داروتو قطعش نكنيا
من فلك زده يك سال و خورده اي قطع كردم
الكي الكي ام اس برا خودش چندين برابر رشد كرد بدون اينكه بهم بگه. نامرد يهو رو كرد.

مینا جون دکتر من هیچ اشاره ای به قطع دارو نکرده و این در حالیه که حدود دوساله که من ام اس دارم و به هیچ عنوان بیماریم عود نکرده.
در ضمن ام اس انواع مختلف داره و مال بعضیها که تعدادشون هم خیلی کمه پیش رونده است.
