حرکت کبری - yas - 2009/12/25

بله به پیشنهاد بچه ها براتون یه حرکتی بنام کبری رو توضیح میدم که برای تقویت قفسه سینه و کشش در این ناحیه مناسب است
اگر کشش یا دردی رو احساس کردین همین کافیست برای بهبود یافتن و بهتر شدن
و بعد حرکت رو نگه دارین با یه استراحت و بعد دوباره شروع کنین
به تصاویر خوب دقت کنید و کشش رو در این مناطق ببینید

در حرکت اول حرکت کبری هست که با کشش در سینه و با فشار به دستهاتون میتونید این حرکت رو انجا بدید و در حرکت بعدی

با کشید خودتون به عقب و دستها رو کشش بدین به عقب باعث میشید کششی در قفسه سینه کمر و دستها ایجاد کنید

فکر کنم این حرکات خوب باشه برای تقویت قفسه سینه� Smile

خب با این کار کششی در قفسه سینه ایجاد میشه که با کمی درد همراهه ولی خب درد در اون قسمت رو تسکین میده
یه جورایی مثل فیزیوتراپیه که با چند جلسه انجام دادن درد بیشتر و بعد کاهش پیدا میکنه و بعد بهبودی و بهتر شدن� Wink

icon_questionاین حرکت قبلا" توسط یاسی جون معرفی شده .اینجا نحوه انجامشو توضیح میدم.حتی شکلی هم که براش کشیدن غلطه طبق نوشته زیر انجام بدید دوستان عزیز.
استادمون گفته این حرکت برای بیماران ام اس معجزی میکنه.icon_biggrin

بوجانگ آسانا = مار کبری

1-رو به شکم بخوابید.پیشانی روی زمین، پاها را دراز کرده بهم بچسبانید.پنجه های پا را روی زمین قرار دهید.
2-آرنجها را خم کنید.کف دستها را در طرفین سینه قرار دهید.طوری که نوک انگشتان به سمت صورت باشد و شانه ها را از گوشها دور کنید.
3-عضلات بالای زانو و باسن را منقبض کنید، به آرامی سر و سینه را همراه دم از زمین بلند کنید.به طوری که استخوان شرمگاهی روی زمین باقی بماند.
(توجه کنید هنگامی که قفسه سینه را بالا میکشید،وزن بدن را روی کف دست نیندازید بلکه به کمک انقباض عضلات پشت،تنه را بالا بکشید تا آنها را تقویت کنید)
4-با بازدم و با کمک دستها بدون جدا شدن استخوان شرمگاهی سر و سینه را در حد توان خود بالا بکشید(پاها همچنان کشیده و عضلات باسن و چهار سر ران منقبض باشد)
5دور انجام بدید.
توجه
-سر را به زور عقب نبرید
-اجزا صورت رها و وانهاده باشند.
-اگه نمیتونید قفسه سینه رو بیارید بالا یه پتو زیر اندام تناسلی بذارید. یا دستتونو روی صندلی یا میله پایینش_اگه داشته باشه-بذارید

فواید:
- تحریک کننده اشتها و تقویت متابولیسم
- مفید برای ارگانهای لگنی و شکمی به ویژه کبد و کلیه ها
- ماساژغدد فوق کلیوی
- تخفیف یبوستbadtaste
تقویت عضلات پشت و کمر
- تنظیم ترشحات غده تیروئید(برای تیروئید کم کار خوبه)
- خونرسانی به مهره ها و اعصاب بین مهره ای
-باعث تنظیم تخمدانها و رحم میشود و ناراحتیهای زنانگی و قاعدگی را کاهش میدهد.
- افزاش اعتماد به نفس و تقویت ارادهSmile (52)
- کاهش افسردگیSmile

موارد احتیط و محدودیت:
- سردرد Angry
- صدمات ناحیه پشت(مشکلات مربوط به دیسک بین مهره ای ستون فقرات)البته میتونه باعث جا افتادن دیسک بین مهره ای هم بشه از مربی کمک بگیرید.
توجججججججججه (کمر دردیها کمتر بیان بالا و پاهاشون باز باشهدستها شونم جلوتره یعنی موقعی که میخوان برن روی حرکت به جای اینکه دستها رو طرفین سینه بذارن کنار پیشانی بذارن ،1پتو هم بین سینه و زیر شکم بذارن)
- بیماریهای گوارشی ، فتق یا بیماریهای روده ای (زیر نظر مربی مجرب)
-پرکاری تیروئید
