به گزارش سرويس بهداشت و درمان ايسنا، بيدار ماندن در نيمه شب و عادت كردن به اين الگوي خواب مي‌تواند شما را در معرض خطر افزايش وزن قرار دهد. بررسي‌ها نشان مي‌دهد افرادي كه دير به رختخواب مي‌روند و دير مي‌خوابند به هنگام بعدازظهر بيشتر غذا مي‌خورند و گرايش آنها بيشتر به مصرف فست‌فودهاست بوده و كمتر از ميوه و سبزي استفاده مي‌كنند.

به گزارش مجله تخصصي ساينس ديلي، آزمايشات نشان مي‌دهد افرادي كه دير مي‌خوابند در ساعات بعدازظهر به طور متوسط 248 كالري بيشتر مصرف مي‌كنند كه اين ميزان دو برابر مصرف افرادي است كه زودتر به رختخواب مي‌روند.

اين مطالعه كه در نشريه جديد طب نورت وسترن به چاپ رسيده مي‌افزايد افراد شب زنده‌دار همچنين گرايش بيشتري به نوشيدن نوشابه‌هاي پركالري دارند. آنها در وعده‌ي شام نيز كالري بيشتري مصرف مي‌كنند.

به گزارش ايسنا، اين اشخاص نسبت به كساني كه به موقع به رختخواب مي‌روند شاخص توده‌ي بدني بيشتري دارند. اين مطالعه براي اولين بار در آمريكا آشكار مي‌سازد كه بين چرخه‌ي زماني خواب و بيداري، رفتار تغذيه‌اي و شاخص توده‌ي بدني ارتباط وجود دارد.

كلي گلازر بارون روانشناس تغذيه و متخصص نورولوژي در دانشكده پزشكي فين برگ در دانشگاه نورت وسترن در اين باره خاطرنشان ساخت: مصرف بيشتر كالري در طول روز به معناي افزايش قابل توجه وزن بدن است. چنانچه اين وزن اضافي با تحرك، ورزش و فعاليت بدني تعديل نشود اين افراد در ماه حدود دو پوند اضافه وزن پيدا مي‌كنند.

وي در ادامه افزود: هنوز به درستي نمي‌دانيم علت اينكه شب زنده‌داران كالري بيشتري مصرف مي‌كنند تمايل آنها به غذاهاي پركالري يا عدم دسترسي آنها به مواد غذايي سالم‌تر است.

در پايان در اين مقاله كه در مجله چاقي به چاپ رسيده است تاكيد شد نه تنها مقدار كالري مصرفي در هر فرد حائز اهميت است بلكه ساعتي هم كه فرد براي خوردن غذا انتخاب مي‌كند در سلامت وي تاثيرگذار است

یا اگه از یه رژیم مناسب استفاده کنین خیلی تاثیر داره

مشکل باشگاه بدن سازی اینه که من فعالیت بدنی کنم بدنم گرما تولید می کنه
که این برا بیماریم ضرره..

نه آقا آرمين اونقدري گرم نمي كنه كه بخواد مشكل ساز بشه
من خيلي زياد شنا مي كنم
اونقدر هم داغ مي كنم كه با وجود اينكه توي آب هستم ولي آب بدنم تبخير ميشه و هميشه بطريه آبم كنار استخره
جديدا دارم بدنسازي هم كار مي كنم
خداروشكر فعلا كه مشكلي برام بوجود نيومده
فكركنم شما هم اگه كم كم شروع كنين بدنتون به مرور عادت مي كنه مشكلي براتون بوجو نمي ياد

من یک زمانی بن کلن بر عکسی شده بودم smiling یعنی شب بیدار بودم بعد صبح که همه بیدار میشدن من تازه میرفتم لا لا می نماییدم confused الان دیگه نهایت تا 1 بیدارم بیشتر نمی کشم چون در طول روز کلی زحمات بی وقفه انجام می دم دیگه شب نمیشه بیدار موند ولی خیلی حال می داد اون زمان جوونی هام laughing3
