من خودم خيلي اين ورزش رو انجام ميدم احساس خوبي بهم دست ميده

چشمها رو از حدقه بيرون بياريد� Tongue
بذاريد هوا به داخل كره چشم رسوخ كنه بعد به ارامي چشمها رو به بالا پايين راست چپ حركت بدين
همين طور كه چشمها كاملا باز بازه

تمرین دادن چشم

ماهیچه‌های چشم نیزمانند هر ماهیچه دیگری برای سالم ماندن نیازمند ورزش هستند، که باعث قوی شدن ماهیچه های چشم، ممانعت از خستگی چشم و بهبود بینایی می‌شود. در بیشتر مواقع ما تنها چشمان خود را از چپ به راست و با کمترین حرکتی می‌چرخانیم مانند وقتی مطالعه می‌کنیم و حتی در هنگامیکه می‌خواهیم جای دیگری را نگاه کنیم سر خود را می‌چرخانیم. این تمرین شامل پنج حرکت می‌باشد. در طول تمرین تنفسهای آرام داشته باشید.

این یه حرکت ساده برای تقویت چشمه:



1- ابتدا به بالا نگاه کنید، سپس به پایین بنگرید.
2- به سمت راست نگاه کرده و سپس نگاه خود را به سمت چپ برگردانید.
3- به بالاترین نقطه در سمت راست خود بنگرید و سپس به پایین‌ترین نقطه در سمت چپ.
4- به بالاترین نقطه در سمت چپ خود بنگرید و سپس به پایین ترین نقطه در سمت راست.
5- به بالا نگاه کنید. چشمان خود را در جهت چرخش عقربه‌های ساعت بچرخانید و سپس در جهت عکس عقربه‌های ساعت.

6- چشمان خود را بسته و کف دستتان را بر روی آنها قرار دهید.

باز هم براتون حرکت چشم میذارم.

عزیزم همه حرکات یوگا برای ارامش جسم و روحه و به بیماری ام اس خیلی کمک میکنه
