من تازه با این سایت آشنا شدم
امروز دکتر بودم و گفت آنزیم کبدت بالاست
ALT 217 هستش
ولی اون یکی نرماله
به نظرتون خطرناکه؟
گفته باید آزمایشو تکرار کنم
از دوستان قدیمی تر خواهش میکنم اگه میتونن منو راهنمایی کنن

سلام انزىم کبدى شما اگه بالا هست دکتر دارو مىده وخوب مىشه. نگران نباش منم ىک سال پىش اىنطورى شدم امپول مصرفى دوزش رو دکتر کم کرد و دارو هم بهم داد.Shy Rolleyes

من حدود دوهفته بیش ازمایش دادم مقدار ast=68 ومقدار alt=160 دکتر ازمایشم رو تکرار کرد این بار مقدار ast=18ومقدار alt=4.6 یعنی از حد نرمال بایین تر دکتر شک به خطای ازماشگاه ها برد و مجدد ازمایش رو تکرار کرد این بار مقدار ast=18 ومقدارalt=32 شد که باز یک عدد بالاتر از حد نرمال بانوان بود کسی علت این بالا بایین شدن انزیم ها رو میدونه؟
واقعا گیج شدم

خیلی جوابت گسترده و مربوط فیزیولوژی بدن و قسمت اصلیش هم مربوط پاتولوژی (آسیب شناسی) می شه
خلاصه بگم : (از پاتولوژی)
هر موقع یک آسیب به کبد وارد می شه
آنزیم های کبدی که جایگاه طبیعی آنها در داخل سلول های کبدی است وارد جریان خون می شن که این نشانه آسیب حاد و برگشت پذیر به کبد است
و اگه این آسیب ادامه پیدا کنه این آسیب مزمن ( غیر قابل برگشت) شده
دیگه نپرس چه ربطی به ام اس و دارو و چرا در بعضی ها دارئو به کبد آسیب می زنه در بعضیا آسیب نمی زنه که مربوط به فیزیولژی بدن می شه خیلی پیچیده و وسیع می شه

دکتر برای چربی خون کپسول جم فیبروزیل تجویز کرده
تو یکی از سایتها نوشته بود کخ این قرص برای کسانی که مشکل کبدی دارند مناسب نیست
با توجه به اینکه ALT=217 بوده به نظرتون این کپسول ها رو بخورم یا نه ؟
لطفا راهنمایی کنین!!!

ممنونم حسام جان بابت جواب کلیت اما من طی دوهفته سه بار ازمایش دادم که سری اول مقدارalt=168سری دوم برابربود با4.1 یعنی از نرمال هم پایین تر وسری اخر 32 بود یعنی از نرمال یه دونه بالاتر واقعا موندم چرااینطوریه من دلیل این رو میخوام بدونم نه هپاتیت دارم نه کبدم چربه ام ار ای هم سالم بود

نتیجه گیری نهایی
با پزشکتان که براساس ثابقه پزشکیتان نتیجه گیری را می کنه شاید هم برای این مورد به متخخصص غدد ارجاعت بده
به پزشکتان مراجعه کنید
