سلام دوستان: همه ما لذت روزه داری رو چشیدیم و الآن ناراحتیم که نمیتونیم روزه بگیریم ولی حتما اینم میدونید که خدا خیلی مهربون وبخشندس واز طرفی ثوابهای زیادی هست که کمتر از روزه گرفتن نیست که ما متو نیم انجامشون بدیم بدون اینکه به سلامتیمون آسیب برسه و همینطور گناهان زیادی هست که میتونیم ازشون دوری کنیم یعنی درکل اگه سعی کنیم انسان خوبی باشیم فکر میکنم لازم نباشه که نگران روزه نگرفتن باشیم.

من دو روز اول و گرفتم. روز اول مشكلي نداشتم ولي روز دوم از ساعت2بعدازظهر به بعد سردرد و چشم درد اومد سراغم ولي تحمل كردم تا افطار ولي چشمام هنوز يه كاسه خونه. امروز و نگرفتم تا ببينيم چي ميشه اميد به خدا...

به نظر من اون چیزی که دکترمون بهمون میگه باید انجام بدیم اگه میگه میتونی بگیری پس لابد ضرری نداره میشه گرفت اگه میگه نباید بگیری پس حتماً یه چیزی میدونه که میگه نگیریم و ضرر داره

منم دو روز اول رو گرفتم مثل بقیه افراد یه کم گشنگی و ضعف اما همه چی آروم
الانم روزه ام که سومین روز از ماه رمضونه وباز هم همه چی آرومه
دعا میکنم تا آخر ماه رمضون همه چی آروم باشهsmiling2

منم همینطور همه رو گرففتم تا حالا فقط روز اول اذیت شدم اونم به خاطر فوتبالای جام جهانی و سحر ساعت خوابم ریخته بود یکم مشکل داشتم فرداش تنظیم شد آروم شدم...

سلام دوستان
وای ماه رمضون نزدیکه و دوباره سوال پیش میاد که چه کنم؟
من از دکترم پرسیدم واسه روزه
ایشون خیلی شیک گفتن آدم سالم هم روزه نباید بگیره(اصلا اعتقادی به این چیزا ندارن)
رفتم مسایل شرعی اونا گفتن از یه دکتر بااعتقاد بپرس
حالا من دکتر بااعتقاد کجا گیر بیارم
موندم چ کنم
پستهای شمارم.خوندم اکثرا میگن نباید گرفت
ولی یه عده هم گرفتن بدون مشکل
من تا حالا امتحان نکردم روزه واسم ضرر داره.یا نه
