من هم مثل خیلی از دوستان در نحوه نفکراتم و نغذیه تغییراتی دادم و تا حدودی هم موفق بوده ام . من خیلی زودرنج بودم و با تلنگری از کوره در میرفتم ولی الان محکمتر شدم و احساس سلامتی بیشتری میکنم و فکر میکنم بیشترین سهم رو تغییر در تغذیه داشته باشه.

هیچ تفاوتی، فقط از شانس بدم ،مصرف اینترفرون در من باعث افسردگی شدید شد،دکترم ۴ ماهه که سینووکس برام ممنوع کرده، حالا معلوم نیست چه بلایی سرم بیاد....confused2

واقعا من خیلی زود رنج و حساس بودم !! الان بعد از شش سال دوستی با ام اس خیلی معتدل تر شدم !!! صبور تر شدم !!!confusedconfused

انسانها را بیشتر دوست دارم !! برای لحظه لحظه ی زندگیم ارزش بیشتری قائلم !! و براش برنامه دارم !!

و به این ایمان اوردم که انسان باید دائما در حاله حرکت باشه !! حرکت به سمت ارزوها و ارزشهایی که بخاطرش زنده است !!!

و اون ارامشی که همه دنبالش هستن و راه سعادتی که یه روزی ارزو و آمال بشر بود به جز با حرکتی که گفتم میسر نیست !!!

منم خیلی تغییر کردم.قبلا خیلی حرص میخوردم .اگه کسی چیزی بهم میگفت چون میخواستم احترام بذارم و جواب ندم تا یه هفته مدام بهش فکر میکردم حرص میخوردم
الکی عصبانی میشدم.خیلی حساس بودم. اما الان سعی میکنم اگه کسی حرفی زد و ناراحتم کرد ببخشمش تا خودم آروم شم.سر چیزای بی ارزش عصبانی نشم.البته هنوزم یکم حساسم و زود اشکم در میاد ،این یکی دست خودم نیست خبconfused2

من هم مثل خیلی از بچه ها خود خور بودم وخیلی حساس ! خیلی هم منظبط ودقیق .الان سعی میکنم که بی خیال باشم و خیلی تا ته هر چیزی نرم ! پای حرفهای غصه دار هم سعی می کنم نشینم confused2
