من هیچیو فراموش نمیکنم
فقط حافظم برا درساخوب نیست

البته بعد کنکور این مدلی شدم
بابا آدمیزاده و هزار مشکل
قرارنیس که تو یه حال و شرایط بمونیم

جدیدا خیلی فراموشی اذیتم میکنه
مثلا میخوام از تو یخچال آب بردارم میرم دم در یخچال ولی یادم نمیاد چی میخواستم
یا وقتی دارم صحبت میکنم گاهی اوقات کلماتی که میخواستم بگم رو فراموش میکنم

منم خيلي وقتا دچار فراموشي ميشم مثلا با معاونت اداره يه كاري دارم 3طبقه ميرم بالا به نفس نفس كه ميوفتم وميرسم در اتاقش اون موقع به خودم ميگم من اصلا چي كار داشتم كه اومدم بالا

یا وقتی دارم صحبت میکنم گاهی اوقات کلماتی که میخواستم بگم رو فراموش میکنم

منم گاهی فراموشی خیلی اذیتم میکنه مثلا واسه یه امتحان کلی درس خونده بودم وقتی رفتم سر جلسه دریغ از یه کلمه که یادم باشه خیلی حالم بد شد عینکمم همون روز گم کردم اصلا یادم نمیاد چیکارش کردمconfusedconfused

من در این زمینه خیلی تحقیق و پیگیری انجام دادم . چون مشکل منم هست کم و بیش .

پیش چندین دکترم رفتم . مغز و اعصاب و روانشناس . اما اینقدر نتایج این پیگیریام ضد و نقیض شد که خدا میدونه .

یه سری قرص با عوارض کم و زیاد و یه سری برنامه تغزیه دادن .

اما من به شخصه به یه نتیجه رسیدم و بس :

یاد گیری و به یاد آوردن . ملزوم به تمرین زیاد میباشد . مغز (مانند عضلات بدن که برای رسیدن به قدرت و توان مطلوب

نیاز به تمرینات ورزشی داره ... ) نیازمند تمرینهای مختلف هستش . ما باید سطح کورتکس مغزمونو بالا ببریم .

حال در کنارش رژیم غذایی مفید میتونه باشه . اما گام اول و مهم تمرین و نرمش مغز هستش .

که بیشتر دوستای محترم بلدن راهشو .

پس به جای افسوس به تقویت قوای یاد آوری و یادگیری خودتون بیفزایید .

تذکر : در آخر پیشنهاد میکنم از مسیر تکراری و روزانه زندگی خود ( عادت کردین بهش ) خارج بشید. مثلا :امروز مسیر تازه ای از خانه تا محل دانشگاه یا
کارتونو تجربه کنین .

حس میکنم روز به روز بدتر میشه حافظه ام!
چندروز یک بار انگاری پاکن بر میدارند مغزم رو پاک میکنند!
یادم میره دیگران در حقم بدی کردن!
شاید این خوب باشه اما....confused2
حافظه ام نمیکشه دیگه....وقتی ازم سوال میکنند چند دقیقه فکر میکنم تا یادم بیادangry2
رییسم هم نمیدونه مریضم با نیشخند کنایه میزنهconfused

من جدیدا این مشکل پیداکردم که نمیتونم درست تمرکز کنم مثلا بین صحبتم جمله بعدی رو فراموش میکنم باید یمدت مکس کنم تا جمله بعدی یادم بیاد بعضی وقتا اصلا موضوع رو فراموش میکنم یا آخر صحبتم بی نتیجه میمونه نمی دونم جمله آخر برای چه موضوعی بوده موقع جواب دادن به سوالی که ازم میپرسن هم مشکل دوبرابر میشه چندتا جواب باهم میدم که هیچ کدوم جواب اصلی تو ذهنم نبوده angry3 خیلی ناراحتم میترسم اعتماد به نفسم از دست بدم دیگه ارتباطاتم کم کنم لطفا کمکم کنید بین شماها مورد مشابه بوده چکار کنم؟icon_cry

یادم میره ویا بلند میشم میرم اتاف دیگه کاری رو انجام بدم وقتی میرسم یادم نمیاد برای چی رفتم ویا چیزی رو

جائی گذاشتم بعد از چند وقت یادم نمیاد کجا گذاشتم . حالا شاید با خوردن کندر بهتر بشم .
