فعالیت شدید خصوصا درهوای گرم واقعا رمقمو می گیره امانتادین رو برام تجویز کردن:

ابن که می گی خواب آلود میشی ممکن هست که از عوارض دارو باشه.بکلوفن -تیزانیدین یا داروی خواب آور استفاده می کنی؟ام اس خستگی می آره ولی خواب آلودگی؟من تا به حال نشنیندم.

يادمه يه جايي يه مطلب در مورد ام اس و عوارضش خوندم كه خستگي اوليش بود...
منم خوبم اما يدفعه انرژيم تحليل ميره،
قرص هاي مولتي ويتامين ديناميزان خيلي خوبه چون علاوه بر تمام ويتامين ها ،مواد معدني و املاح ضروري ام داره
دوستتون دارم زيادwink2

کوتاه مدت و دراز مدت....
خستگی کوتاه مدت که بر اثر فعالیت های روزانه و به طور مکرر و سریع و با کمبود نفس و کم توانی ماهیچه ها در فرد ایجاد میشود میتواند از نشانه های یک فرد ام اسی باشد.......
خستگی دراز مدت که در طول یک دوره انجام میشود و در نهایت ممکن است باعث حمله در فرد ام اسی شود. که در طول این دوره فرد فعالیت های زیادی را با بی توجهی و بی خوابی های زیاد و حالت روحی بد و فشار و استرس و فشارهای ذهنی و .... انجام میدهد.

از مطالبی که نوشته ای ممنون فقط یک نکته باقیست اونم استفاده از ویتامین های گروه ب(B-12-Bکمبلکس B 1 300)که هم در ارامش اعصاب و هم در قوای فیزیکی تاثیر زیادی داره Wink

من به ويتامين ها شديدا حساسيت دارم و اگه مصرف كنم سردرد و سرگيجه ميگيرم!!!confused2

من امسال خستگی های شدید جسمی داشتم همراه اونم استرس فراوان توی محیط کار و همینطور بیماری مادرم توی خونه داشتم که یهو بیماریم خودشو نشون داد و فهمیدم ام اس دارم الن بعداز پالس تراپی و شروع تزریق آوونکس و مصرف گاباپنتین خیلی بهترم بعضی روزا خستم ولی نه مثل دو ماه قبل امیدوارم که مثل اون موقع ها نباشم چونکه واقعاً کشنده هستش

سلام من 22 ساله که ام اس دارم و فکر میکنم تجربه های زیادی درباره ام اس دارم .
من گاهی وقتها بدون اینکه فعالیت خاصی داشته باشم خسته ام ولی گاهی هم با وجود فعالیت زیاد اصلاً احساس خستگی ندارم که فکر میکنم این احساس خستگی به طرز فکر خود فرد و احساس رضایت از خود بستگی داره .من دبیرهستم و چند سال پیش در دبیرستان دو شیفته مشغول بکار بودم و برای اینکه کمتر رفت و آمد کنم برنامه ام را طوری تنظیم میکردم که در 3 روز تدریسم تمام بشه و با وجودی که از8 صبح تا 6 عصر تدریس داشتم احساس خستگی نمی کردم و عصرها حتی سرحالتر بودم (چون می دیدم می تونم مفید واقع بشم . )

من با فعالیت وکار مختصر خسته میشم و5 دقیقه استراحت میکنم وباز به کار مشغول میشم

از هیچ قرص وداروئی هم استفاده نمیکنم .

البته قبلا دکترم برام آمانتادین داده بود ولی اثری نداشت ومن دیگه نخوردم .

من وقتی ده دقیقه کار خونه انجام میدم تا چند ساعت باید استراحت کنم و این زجرم میده
