آره! منم گشتم نبود!
حتما پاکش کردن.
حمید اطلاعیه داده بود که تاپیکایی که حالت گفتگو پیدا کرده رو پاک کرده.
حتما اینم از همونا بوده.

من روزه میگیرم.
دکتر گفت نگیر بدتر میشی.
اما من از سحر تا عصر میخوابم تا فشاری بهم نیاد.
خدا رو شکر توی سه سال اخیر مشکلی نداشتم.
سعی میکنم بیشتر به تغذیه و استراحتم برسم که مشکلی پیش نیاد.

ولی چون من تحرکم زیاده دکتر از روز اول گفته هر وقت تشنت شد زود اب بخور وروزه هم نگیر مگرنه من در دمای 50درجه فصل خرما پزان قصر شیرین هم روزه میگرفتم وقتی بیمار نشده بودمsadsadsadSmile (16)

دکتر منم گفت نمیخواد بگیری،مادرم هم گفت ولی 4ساله دارم میگیرم خدا هم کمک کرد و مشکلی پیش نیومد

در مورد ام اس خفیف هیچکس تضمینی واسه روزه گرفتن نداره. نه برای ضررش نه برای بی ضرر بودنش.

دکتر من بهم گفت هر جور خودت میدونی .اما ام اس که چیزی نیست که با یه روز روزه گرفتن اگه قراره حالت بد شه معلوم بشه اثرش بعد مشخص میشه.
من سال اول بیماریم 12 تا روزه گرفتم خیلی هم خو ب بود اما بعدش تا 2 ماه درگیر عوارض همین 12 روز بودم واسه همین دیگه روزه نمیگیرمsad2sad2

من توی این 12 سالی که ام اس دارم هر سال روزه اش رو گرفتم و به هیچ مشکلی هم بر نخوردم.Smile (16)Smile (16)
فقط باید یه خورده بیشتر از زمانهای دیگه مراقب خودت باشی و فشار جسمی و روحی کمتری به خودت وارد کنی. icon_biggrinicon_biggrin
