نمیخوام ناامیدتون کنم ها چون همیشه اهل تشویق به ازدواجمagreement2
اما تا چیزی قطعی نشده دلتون و امیدوار نکنید چون ممکنه بعدش صدمه روحی شدیدی بخورید خیلی حواستون جمع باشه همیشه هر دو جواب اره ...نه رو در نظر بگیرید چون اگه خونسرد باشید و اخرش مثبت باشه شارژ میشید و چیزی و از دست ندادید اما اگه امیدوار باشید و زیادی بفکرش باشید و جدی بگیرید و خدای ناکرده اخرش خوب نشه برا ماها ممکنه کمی گرون تموم بشهconfused
امیدوارم همه دوستانم خیلی زود از تنهایی خلاص بشن و شریک مناسبی داشته باشنagreement2

من چون قبلا ضربه بدي خوردم... به سر نگرفتن قضيه هم فكر مي كنم...
براي همين ميگم اگر به خير و صلاحمه بشه...
دوست دارم از تنهايي در بيام... اما نه اينكه چند صباحي شريك زندگي داشته باشم بعدش يهو بذاره بره...

سلام،
صادق بودن،همیشه یکی ازخصوصیات اصلی شخصیت من بوده،حتی درمواردی که این صداقت به ضرر خودم بینجامد،ولی میخواستم سوال کنم تاحالا اینکارروانجام دادید..من انجام دادم ،وباواکنش یه مادرنگران روبروشدم،که حتی نخواست یکبارمن روببیند.
این بیماری ازاختیارمن خارج بود..ولی من روباچیزی که دراون اختیاری نداشتم، سنجیدند،کاملااحساس مادربه فرزندش رودرک میکنم،واحساسه پسری که تلاش میکنه رضایت مادرش روجلب کند،ولی پس من چی..بااحساس دوست داشتنم چیکارکنم..لمسش ازنزدیک خیلی دردناکه..خیلی زیاد..

اگر می‌خواهید بدانید آیا ازدواج موفقی خواهید داشت یا نه به عکس‌های قدیمی نامزدتان نگاه کنید و ...

به گزارش لایو ساینس روانشناسان دریافته‌اند میزان لبخندهای افراد در عکس‌های قدیمی می‌تواند بیانگر موفقیت بعدی آنها در ازدواج باشد.
این پژوهشگران در یک آزمایش به عکس‌های فارغ‌التحصیلی از کالج در عده‌‌ای از افراد نگاه کردند و شدت لبخند آنها را از یک تا 10 نمره دادند. هیچکدام از افرادی که در 10 درصد بالای شدت لبخند قرار داشتند،‌ بعدها طلاق نگرفته بودند،در حالیکه در افرادی که در 10 درصد پایین از لحاظ لبخند قرار داشتتند،‌ در یک چهارم موارد ازدواج‌شان به طلاق انجامیده بود.
این نمره دهی به شدت لبخند بر اساس میزان کشیدگی در دو عضله بود: یکی عضله‌ای که کنار دهان را به بالا می‌کشد، و دیگر عضله‌ای که دور چشم‌ها چین می‌اندازد.
در آزمایش دوم، گروه پژوهشی از این افرادی که بالای 65 سال داشتند خواست عکس‌های دوران کودکی‌شان را بیاورند (میانگین سن در این عکس‌ها 10 سال بود). پژوهشگران به لبخند هر یک از این افراد نمره دادند، و دریافتند که در میان افرادی که بیشترین لبخندها را زده‌اند، تنها 11 درصد طلاق رخ داده است، در حالیکه افرادی که در کودکی اخمو بودند،‌ در 31 درصد موارد شکست در ازدواج را تجربه کرده بودند.
در مجموع این نتایج بیانگر آن بود که افرادی که در عکس‌ها‌ی‌شان اخمو بودند،‌ نسبت به افرادی که لبخند می‌زدند، 5 برابر بیشتر ممکن است طلاق بگیرند.
ماتیو هرتنستین، روانشناس در دانشگاه دو پاوو در ایالت ایندیانای آمریکا، سرپرست این پژوهش می‌گوید: "شاید لبخند زدن بیانگر داشتن دیدگاهی مثبت به زندگی باشد. یا شاید افرادی که لبخند می‌زنند، افراد شادتری را به سوی خود جلب می‌کنند، و این ترکیب به احتمال زیاد باعث ازدواجی درازمدت‌ شود. ما دقیقا علت این رابطه را نمی‌دانیم."
هرتنستین می‌گوید او به سایر توضیحات هم توجه کرده است،‌از جمله امکان این که افرادی که لبخند می‌زنند،‌دوستان بیشتری را به سوی خود جلب کنند، و اینکه شبکه حمایتی بزرگتری داشته باشند، که حفظ سلامت ازدواج را برای آنها ساده‌تر می‌‌کند.
این نتایج با الگوی بزرگتر مورد پژوهشی تطبیق دارد که بر اساس آن بسیاری ویژگی‌های شخصیتی را می‌توان با دیدن برش خیلی کوتاهی از رفتار فرد تعیین کرد.
نشان داده شده است که لبخند زدن در عکس با شماری از صفات از جمله طبع عموما شادمان‌تر فرد همراهی دارد.
هرتنستین می‌گوید:" به نظر من یافته‌های ما با بسیاری از بررسی‌های دیگر که در 5 تا 10 سال گذشته انجام شده‌اند،‌ تطبیق دارد، که نشان می‌دهند بروز عواطف مثبت به شدت در زندگی‌‌های ما اهمیت دارد. داشتن طبیعت مثبت و شاد پیامدهای سودمند بسیاری دارد."
این یافته‌ها از این لحاظ هم قابل‌توجه هستند، که نشان دادند رابطه میان عکس‌های گرفته شده از افراد در زمان کودکی و جوانی با پیامد ازدواج که سال‌ها بعد رخ داده است، وجود دارد.
هرتنستین می‌گوید: "این یافته‌های این نظر را تقویت می‌کند که رویدادهای گذشته زندگی ما، در رابطه با موقعیت فعلی و وضع ذهنی ما، می‌تواند چیزهایی را پیش‌بینی کند که سال‌ها بعد رخ می‌دهند. نشان دادن تدوامی که در هستی ما وجود دارد،‌واقعا مهم است."

سلام من کاربره جدیدم میخواستم بگم به نظره منم باید حتما به شریک زندگی گفت چون این بیماری فوق العاده به حمایت نیاز داره و اگر شریک زندگی آدم بدونه خیلی در بهبودی مؤثر است اما به نظره من هیچ لزومی نداره که خانواده شوهر بدانند چون به آنها مربوط نمیشه فقط هول و استرس را بیشتر میکنند به افتخاره همه خودمون هه هه هه happy0065.gifhappy0065.gif icon_smileicon_biggrin
