من خیلی دوست دارم کتاب بنویسم ولی نمیدونم از کجا باید حمایت بشم اصلا نوشتم بعدش چی کجا برم اینجا که نمیشه جای دیگه باید برم ولی نمیدونم واقعا کجا چطوری و ...

ولی دوست دارم کتاب بنویسم حرفهایی که هیچوقت به هیچکس نگفتم حتی مامانم خیلی دوست دارم البته دستی به قلمم دارم و همیشه برای خالی کردن خودم توی وبلاگم یا موبایلم مینویسم Smile (52)
البته الان سرچ کردم در مورد این کتاب خلاصه این کتاب این بود که در مورد بیماری ام اس نوشته بود و علایمش
حالا این چه ربطی داره به زندگی موفق من نمیدونم این بیشتر داره بیماری رو تعریف میکنه

من فکر کردم از بیماران و تجربیاتشون یا کلا اخلاقیثات و روحیات جدی بعد بیماریشون نوشته ولی ....
عزیزم بدون اگه بخوای با ام است دوست باشی و با اون حال کنی باید اونو بشناسی و بدونی اون چطور با تو همراه شده و چطور می خواد باهات به مسافرت بره آخه میدونی بهترین قسمت زندگی همون مسافرتهاست وقتی یه همسفری داری که اینقدر بهت نزدیکه پس چرا نباید اون رو با این اسم و عنوان خطاب کنیم؟HuhHuh
من سعی میکنم خلاصه ای از هر فصل رو در همین قسمت بذارم امیدوارم بدرد بخوره البته با اجازه نویسند های محترم کتاب.

و بعد از مقایسه ی بیخودی خودم با بقیه و کم آوردنم حالم بد شد این چند سال.
که این هم خودش ماجراها داره
دوست عزیزم منظورم این نبود که بی تفاوت باشی. من وقتی تصمیم به درمان گرفتم، درها یکی یکی بر رویم گشوده شد و دیدم که ام اس بیماری ساده ای هست.
منهم از مقایسه ای که یاس با بیماران دیابتی داشت، استفاده میکنم. یک بیمار دیابتی اگر هر روز قند بخوره حتما کارش به قطع پا و ... هم میرسه. ولی با رعایت یک رژیم غذایی میتونه تا آخر عمر بدون هیچ مشکلی زندگی کنه.
ام اس هم به همون سادگی هست و انتخاب با خودمونه که کدوم راه را انتخاب کنیم. من راه دوم را انتخاب کردم.agreement2

منم این کتاب رو خوندم یبار دکتر داد به منشی که بده بهم البته اوندفه برای یکار دیگه با خاهرم رفته بودم مطبش وقتی کتابو داد بهم داشت نفسم بند میومدSad الکی به خاهرم گفتم واسه یه تحقیق می خواستم!
کتاب جالبیه چون مطالب رو خیلی خودمونی نوشته خیلی نگارش ساده ای داره فهمش برای همه راحته
وقتی این کتاب و شوهرم خوند اصلا دیدگاهش تغییر کرد دیگه اصلا نگرانی نداره agreement2

من بیماریم رو کاملا میشناسم خانمی
اونقدر که حتی الان بهش اهمیت نمیدم چون میدونم روحیه مهمتر از دارو هست توی این بیماری و من این روش رو 5 ساله دارم امتحان میکنم و الان بدون مشکل دارم زندگی میکنم و بهش فکر نمیکنم به ایندش و ... و مثل قبل از بیماری دارم زندگی میکنم اصلا نظرات دیگران برام اهمیت نداره درسته ناراحت میشم از دیدگاهشون برای همین هست که به کسی اعتماد نکردم بهشون بگم منمم یه ام اسیم ولی بهرحال

خواستم بدونی من بیماریمو کامل میشناسم و میدونم خدا داره امتحانمون میکنه حالا چه امتحان سخت باشه وتنها باشی چه اسون و با همه باشی مهم خودتی همین روحیت رو حفظ کن
