می خواستم بعدا" شروع کنم که چه تستی رو بدیم اما حمید عزیز پیش دستی کرد .
آره در اولین قدم باید سونوگرافی رگهای کردن رو انجام داد . در مشهد یک فوق تخصص بسیار خوب عروق وجود داره و من اوایل فروردین 89 نوبت دارم تا سونوگرافی داپلر اولتراسوند انجام شود و اگر نتایج هم در کشورهای دیگر خوب جواب دهد(آنچنانکه تاکنون مثبت بوده است) می خواهم به هند یا لهستان بروم یا بتوانم همین جراح عروق رو متقاعد کنم تا عمل جراحی را در ایران حتی شده بصورت تحقیقاتی انجام دهد .

کشور اردن با جمعیت حدود 6 میلیون نفر و داشتن حدود3000 بیمار مبتلا به ام اس تحقیقات خود را در زمینه درمان قطعی ام اس بر پایه نظریه دکتر زامبونی آغاز کرد .
در تست های MRV مدارکی دال بر اینکه بیماری ام اس اسکلروز چند گانه نیست ارائه کرده است و در بسیاری از مقالات منتشر شده بر این تاکید کرده است که ام اس گرفتگی چند گانه رگهای مغز است که این موضوع می تواند انقلابی باشد در درمان قطعی این بیماری .
در بیماران مورد نظر که تحت درمان با جراحی آزادیبخش (درمان رگهای گرفته) قرار گرفتند مشاهده شد علائم رو به کاهش رفته است برای مثال بیمارانی وجود داشته اند که دچار تاری دید و دوبینی بوده اند اما تمام این علایم بعد از درمان از بین رفته است .

فکر می کنم اطلاعات به اندازه ای باشد که بتوان در این مورد تحقیق کرد .
اما به طور خلاصه:
از ابتدایی که بیماری ام اس شیوع پیدا کرد و مراکز بیشتری وقت خود را بر روی تحقیقات در این زمینه صرف کردند متوجه شدند که میزان آهن در مغز این افراد بالاتر است اما نتوانسته بودند آنرا توجیه کنند .
در سالهای اخیر حتی داروهایی به صورت تحقیقاتی به جامعه پزشکی عرضه شدند مانند کلاردرپین که در افراد مبتلا به تالاسمی مصرف می شود و می تواند بر همان میزان آهن در مغز تاثیر بگذارد. اما علت این بیماری کشف نشد و داروها همواره معلول را تعدیل می کردند .
چندین سال پیش همسر پزشکی ایتالیایی بنام دکتر زامبونی دچار ام اس شد و توانست از نزدیک شاهد پیشرفت بیماری باشد .چندین سال پیش فکری خلاقانه به ذهن دکتر زامبونی رسید و توانست همسر خود را به این شیوه درمان کند .
اواخر سال2009 میلادی شبکه CTV کانادا گزارشی تهیه کرد از شیوه دکتر زامبونی و با افرادی که به شیوه دکتر زامبونی تحت معالجه قرار گرفته بودند مصاحبه کرد .بیماران می گفتند احساس دوباره متولد شدن می کنند و کلیه علایم از بین رفته است و یا در حال کم شدن است .در اوایل سال 2010 میلادی در کنفرانسی که در آمریکا برگزار شد دکتر زامبونی از همه پزشکان خواست به این تحقیقات بپیوندند تا این روش اثبات و یا رد شود .
بزرگترین مخالفان دکتر زامبونی شرکت های دارویی هستند که اگر روش دکتر زامبونی اثبات شود میلیاردها دلار پول از دست می دهند به همین خاطر نشریات زیادی هم دست به مخالفت زدند برای مثال یک نشریه روش دکتر زامبونی را روشی تبلیغاتی و رسانه ای نامید که به سرعت با مقالات علمی طرفداران روبرو شد .
اما روش دکتر زامبونی چیست؟
دکتر زامبونی متوجه شد در اکثر بیماران ام اس یکی یا هر جفت رگ های خونی برنده و یا آورنده خون دچار گرفتگی است .به همین منظور به طریق آنژیوپلاستی عروق شروع به باز کردن عروق گرفته شد کرد .
اسم مخفف گرفتگی رگهای مغزی CCSVI است که مخفف Chronic cerebrospinal venous insufficiency می باشد .
دکتر زامبونی اسم روش خود را درمانرهایبخش گذاشته و در تمام مصاحبه ها و کنفرانس ها از سراسر جها خواسته با تست و MRV یا عکسبرداری از عروق گردن خود با این روش همراهی کنند تا اثبات شود .
اما دانشگاه استنفورد عمل جراحی دکتر زامبونی را متوقف کرد چرا که دو نفر دچار سکته مغزی شده بودند که به گفته پزشکان همین دانشگاه این بیماران برای عمل جراحی به این روش کاندید نبوده اند چون سن آنها بالا بوده اما در بیماران جوانتر بسیار موثر وافع شده است .اما دیروز در منابع معتبر خبری آورده شده بود که دانشگاه استنفورد این عمل جراحی را دوباه انجام می دهد چرا که استدلال جراحان این بوده که در زمانی که عمل جراحی قلب باز در حال آزمایش بود 15 نفر فقط در ماه اول فوت کردند در حالی در این روش درمانی فقط دو نفر آنهم به خاطر مناسب نبودن کاندیدا ها فوت کردند .
در بسیاری کشورها این عمل جراحی به صورت تحقیقاتی در حال انجام است . برای مثال در کشورهای آمریکا ، کانادا ، لهستان ، ایتالیا ، اسپانیا ، انگلستان ، کویت ، اردن و بسیاری از کشورهای اروپایی در حال انجام است .

حال ما در ایران با امکانات خوب پزشکی می توانیم حداقل تست این روش را انجام دهیم . می توانیم حداقل بدانیم رگ های گردنمان چقدر گرفته چرا که بر اساس تحقیقات میزان گرفتگی و ناتوانی های صورت گرفته نسبت مستقیم دارند .

اتفاقاً من هم مي خواستم به دكترم بگه يك سونوگرافي چيزي برام بنويسه خدا رو چه ديدي شايد به يك نتيجه هايي رسيديم حداقلش اينه كه ميفهمم كه رگهام گرفته يا نه؟

من هفته دیگه نوبت متخصص عروق دارم و متقاعدش می کنم برای سونوگرافی رگ های گردن
