سلام دوستان. سال نو مبارک
عجب دارم شاخ در میارم از این همه قضاوتهای جورواجور اطرافیان! همش از دلسوزی و حسن نیت که متاسفانه از کوچه و بازار می شنوند و در ملاقاتهای روزمره با هم در میان می گذارند. ببینید اینجوری بهش نگاه کنید که جاذبه مهمترین عاملیه که می تونید روی زمین زندگی کنید تا حالا ادمی دیدید که تو اسمون حرکت کنه همه زمین گیر هستیم و بهتر که نگاهمون به آسمون باشه. برای هر کس با بیماری و یا به نظر من نعمت ام اس مشکلات حرکتی به وجود میاد موقتی هست به این دلیل که اعصاب سیناپسهای جدید ایجاد می کنند و مشکل با تاخیر حل میشه. به همه پیشنهاد میکنم در مورد فیزیوتراپی با اطبا صحبت کنید. خیلی از مواقع اصلا نیازی به کورتن تراپی نیست و از طریق تمرینات توانبخشی به مرور و بدون عوارض توانایی قابل بازگشته. امتحان مهمی در پیش دارم برام دعا کنید در حال حاظر مهمترین عامل حرکت و زندگی من این مقطع از زندگیه.

خب ما باید به بچه هایی که تازه درگیر شدن حق بدیم که هر فکری تو کله شون بیاد
خود من اون اوایل خیلی میترسیدم(نمیگم که الان دیگه اصلا نگران نیستم) اما الان با توجه به اینکه بیماری رو بیشتر شناختم و کسانی رو که سالهاست ام اس دارن(مثه هستی جون)از نزدیک دیدم روحیه خیلی خیلی بهتر شد و دیدم نسبت به ام اس عوض شد
اول باید به خدا توکل داشته باشیم بعد هم قدرت اراده خودمونه که آیندمونو میسازه.با یه نفر که خارج از کشوره و طب سنتی میخونه راجع به ام اس صحبت کردم گفت مهمترین درمان اینه که اصلا به بیماریت فکر نکنی و هر روز ورزش کنی

شیرین جون من مدت زیادی نیست که مریض شدم ولی امروز به صورت کاملا عینی یه تجربه بدست اوردم
راستش شنیده بودم بیشتره ام اسی ها عضلاتشون سفت میشه باور کن بدون اینکه زیاد بهش فک کنم تمام عید عضلات پاهام خشک شده بود تا امروز که رفتم دکتر وقتی دکی جون گفت رفلکس پاهات خوبه نمی دونم چی شد یه دفه پاهام بطور چشمگیری بهتر شدن باور کن من ادم جو گیری نیستم ولی به این اعتقاد دارم که گاهی بدون فکر کردن در مورد یه چیزی باز این ضمیرناخدا گاه دست به کار میشه پس گلم در مورد این فک کن که ده سال دیگه قراره تو جمع دوستات بگی من چند ساله که از دست ام اس خلاص شدمoklove51love51love51love51wink2wink2wink2

من الان نزدیک به 10 ساله که ام اس دارم
زمینگیر یعنی چی؟این کلمه اصلا برام مفهومی نداره
انقدر فعال هستم که مطمئنم اگه یه اشنا بدونه که ام اس دارم با اگاهی های بد جامعه حتما تعجب میکه
اما با این احوال از روی نگرانی یه بار از یه خانمی توی کلینیک که از سال 70 ام اس داره سوال کردم شما تا حالا از پاها مشکل نداشتی؟
گفت نه به طور طولانی مدت.تازه الان فقط چند ساله که شروع کرده به انجام تزریقات.بیمار دکتر لطفی هم بوده
خوب دیگه وقتی این نمونه های عینی هستند.چه ترسی باید وجود داشته باشه وقتی یه ادم ام اسی بلند ترین قله های کشورو فتح میکنه؟!

منم 12 ساله که ام اس دارم تازه هر بار دکتر خواسته تزریق بده گفتم یه بار دیگه فرصت بده من خودم خودم را خوب میکنمagreement2

منم از سال 1387 ام اس گرفتم اما واقعا خوبم و از آدمهای دور و برم زرنگتر و شیطون تر فعال تر هستم

من اوایل که ام اسم تایید شد همه ی خواب و خوراکم فکر به ویلچر بود.در صورتی که تو پاهام هم هیچ مشکلی نداشتمRolleyes همه ی خوابام توش یه سکانس بود که نمیتونم از جام بلند شم و پاهام سنگینه...sad2 ولی بعد یه مدت که اینجا اطلاعات زیادی بدست آوردم بهتر شدمlove28

همه چیز دست خداست.واقعا من از ته دلم دارم این جمله رو میگم.هرچی خدا بخواد همون میشه.دکترا مگه استغفرالله خدان که میگن 20-25 سال دیگه زمین گیر میشیم؟؟؟؟؟از آینده اومدن که خبر دارن قراره چه اتفاقی بیفته؟؟

اما گمانم این مورد ممکنه برای خیلیامون پیش بیاد.
اگه ازش نترسیم نمیتونیم درمقابلش وایسیم.
اگه بیخیال باشیم و جدی نگیریم شاید بدتر باشه.
من دارم کم کم سنگین میشم. یعنی سرعت و قدرتم خیلی کم شده.
اما نهایت سعیم رو میکنم که روی پاهای خودم بایستم.
باید بتونیم راه مبارزه رو پیدا کنیم.
حتما راهی داره، حالا ممکنه دارو باشه یا تغذیه یا آرامش یا ....
اما باید پیدا بشه.
