بيماران مبتلا به ام اس منعي براي روزه داري ندارند

بيماران مبتلا به ام اس كه مشكل خاصي ندارند هيچ منعي براي روزه داري وجود ندارد ولي بايد قبل از روزه داري با پزشك معالج خود مشورت كنند.
بيگلر معاون غذا و داروي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي ايران در گفتگو با خبرنگار باشگاه خبرنگاران افزود: در برخي بيماري ها،مي توان با استفاده از داروهايي كه اثر طولاني مدت تري دارند و نيز استفاده از يك يا دو دوز دارو، به جاي مصرف سه دوز منقسم، بيماري را كنترل كرد و در عين حال روزه گرفت كه برخي بيماري هاي مغز و اعصاب از اين جمله اند.
وي گفت: در برخي از اين بيماران،مانند افراد مبتلا به صرع،مصرف سر وقت و به موقع داروهاي ضد تشنج در طول شبانه روز الزامي است به همين علت روزه گرفتن براي اين بيماران توصيه نمي شود به خصوص اينكه تغييرات قند خون،املاح و الكتروليت ها در بدن بر آستانه تشنج بيمار تاثير گذار است به گفته متخصصان مغز و اعصاب نود و نه درصد بيماران مبتلا به صرع به همين دلايل قادر به روزه داري نيستند.
معاون غذا و داروي دانشگاه علوم پزشكي ايران افزود: در بيماران مبتلا به ام اس كه مشكل خاصي ندارند، به دليل اينكه گرفتاري آنان عمدتا در سيستم اعصاب مركزي است هيچ منعي براي روزه داري وجود ندارد با اين حال بهتر است قبل از روزه داري با پزشك معالج خود مشورت كنند.

از مهمترین اهداف روزه، سلامتی و تزکیه نفس هست. اطمینان داشته باشید که برای یک بیمار ام اس روزه گرفتن کاملا مضر هست. همه ما که سالها با این بیماری زندگی کردیم اون را تجربه کردیم و نیازی هم به تحقیق نیست چون مغز بیشتر از هر اندام دیگری نیاز به تغذیه داره. اونهم مغزی که مواد غذایی لازم بهش نرسیده و بیمار شده، بنابراین بیشتر نیاز به مراقبت داره.confused
در مورد تزکیه نفس هم اطمینان داشته باشید اگر بهش نرسیدید حتما با این بیماری خواهید رسید.wink2

من همین که احساس گرسنگی میکنم پشت پام شروع به گزگز میکنه
انگار زود تر از معدم متوجه خالی بودنش میشه Huh

روزه گرفتن و ام اس - سمیرا67 - 2014/06/10

سلام بچه ها با توجه به این که ماه رمضون در پیش داریم میخوام بدونم شما میتونین روزه بگیرین؟آیا از روزه گرفتن منع شدین یا نه؟

من خیلی دوست دارم روزه هامو بگیرم ولی چون دوسال پیش بعد از ماه رمضان وضعم بدتر شد پارسال نگرفتم امسالم نمیگیرم.love51
