من توی حمله آخرم هر وقت خمیازه میکشیدم واسه چند لحظه بی حسی صورتم خوب میشد دوست داشتم مدام خمیازه بکشم تا حس صورتم برگرده.به دکترم گفتم بهم خندید !! الان میبینم داشتم یه مطلب مهم را کشف میکردم اما نذاشتن fighting0030.gif

من کتاب میگیرم دستم خمیازه ها شروع میشه اخرشم عوض درس خوندن میگیرم میخوابمconfused2
یه همکلاسی هم داشتم هی اون خمیازه میکشید هی من خمیازه میکشیدم بعد به این نتیجه رسیدیم که ما با پیش هم میشینیم خیییلی خمیازه میکشیم confused
دقت کردین ادم پیش یکی باشه که هی خمیازه میکشه کم کم خودشم خوابش میگیره و خمیازه میکشه؟
حالا یه سوال ؟؟؟

عجب کشف جالبی
منم جدیدا خیلی خمیازه میکشم تازه خوابم هم خیلی باحال شده.یه بار داشتم با دوستم تلفنی صحبت میکردم و اون داشت واسم درد و دل میکرد.یهو دیدم صدایی از تلفن نمیاد فکر کردم خوابش برده.بهش زنگیدم گفتم خوابت برد؟؟؟گفت بابا تو خوابت برد من هرچی داد و هوار کردم تو فقط خُرخُر میکردیییییی !!!!!نگو من یک سانس خوابیده بودم و بیدار شده بودمlaughing3

علت اصلی خمیازه کشیدن رساندن اکسیژن کافی به مغز است اما تحقیقات نشان داده که این پدیده در واقع تغییر وضعیت از هوشیاری به خواب آلودگی و برعکس

را نشان می دهد .

خمیازه یکی از علائم کمبود قند است که به دنبال آن ایجاد می شود ، معتادان هم برای همین زیاد خمیازه میکشند . اگر قند کافی به خون برسانیم آثار خستگی را

از بین رفته و خمیازه های پی در پی متوقف می شود.

خمیازه از زیاد بودن دی اکسید کربن پیش می آید یعنی وقتی در بدن اکسیژن کم و دی اکسید کربن زیاد شود بدن با خمیازه کشیدن سعی در جبران کمبود آن

دارد . به همین علت است که در صورت وجود گاز دی اکسید کربن حالت خواب و خمیازه کشیدن به انسان دست می دهد . به عبارت دیگر علت خمیازه کشیدن

افزایش دی اکسید کربن در هوا می باشد یا وقتی در بدن انسان گاز دی‌اکسید کربن زیاد می‌شود بدن انسان بطور اتوماتیک در پی کسب اکسیژن بر می‌آید که یک

نفس خیلی عمیق مثل خمیازه می‌تواند تا حد زیادی این مساله را حل کند.

افزایش دی‌اکسید کربن در خون باعث خواب آلودگی هم می‌شود و حتی نوعی مسمومیت ایجاد می‌کند که انسان را به خوابیدن زیاد وا می‌دارد .

جالب است که

بدانید آدمها اولین بار در سه ماهه ی اول جنینی خمیازه می کشند .

همچنین دانشمندان در یک بررسی در سال ۲۰۰۵ مغزهای گروهی را که خمیازه‌کشیدن افراد را مشاهده می‌کردند، اسکن کردند و توانستند الگوهایی منحصر به

فرد از فعالیت در نواحی از مغز که به تقلید رفتاری مربوط می‌شدند را مکان‌یابی کنند.

من فقط وقتی دارم درس می خونم خمیازه می کشم بعد وقتی دراز میکشم اصلا خوابم نمی بره Sad
