چرا اینطوری؟ یه من قبلا اصلا زود رنج نبودم اما حالا کافیه یکی بهم یه حرفی بزنه یا نگاه ترحم کنه وضعیت جسمانی بدترمیشه .مثلا انگشتهای دستم یاپاهام منغبض سفت شده و دیگه نمی تونم کاری کنم حتی یه لیوان بردارم

زودرنجی چیزی نیست که بخواد با یه سری تغذیه ها و تو چند ماه سریع خوب بشه.
و بیشتر تحت تاثر برخوردها و رفتارهای انسان ها در خانواده و جامعه است.
و زمانی این زودرنجی ها کنترل میشه که ادما رفتارهای بهتری با هم داشته داشته باشن.یعنی رفتار خودشون رو کنترل کنن.....
و زودرنجی بیشتر جنبه ژنتیکی داره و باید از این طرق به درمان اون پرداخته بشه....
هر چند که درمان های تغذیه ای هم تاثیر خودشون رو دارن....

همه بیماری های مربوط به اعصاب به مسائل روحی هم ربط دارند واریور جان!

به نظر من اگر به درمان و دکتر اعتماد داشته باشی خیلی تاثیر میذاره!

منم خیلی زود رنجم البته یه مقدار دارم بهتر میشم با تمرین و با کمک نوشتن ولی هنوزم خیلی حساسم و اشکم دمه مشکمه...:38:

آره زود رنجی شاید تو نگاه اول به نظر بیاد که قابل حل نیست و دست خود آدم نیست.ولی واقعا آدم اگه بخواد و اراده کنه می تونه.
اما واقعا علت درونی داره تقصیر خود آدم که نیست ولی به نظرم یه علتش که بعد از ام اس بیشتر میشه رفتارهای مردمه.چون اطلاعاتشون کمه و البته بعضی از ام اسی ها هم در این رفتار مردم بی تاثیر نیستند.بابا آدم باید محکم رفتار کنه واصلا به روی خودش نیاره و هیچ لزومی نداره کسانی که اطلاع ندارن بهشون گفته شه-

یه معجون خیلی خوب برای ام اس
◦معجون جوانه گندم.
بادام ، فندق ، بادام هندی ، چلغوز ، نارگیل ، كنجد ، پسته از هر كدام 100 گرم ، هل آسیاب شده 5 مثقال ، دارچین 10 مثقال ، زنجبیل 1 مثقال ، زعفران 1 مثقال ، وانیل 1 قاشق چای خوری سر صاف ، آرد جوانه گندم 250 گرم ، عسل 500 گرم و شیره خرما یك لیوان.

طرز تهیه: همه را آسیاب كرده خوب مخلوط كنید سپس عسل و شیره خرما را اضافه كنید و به آرامی هم یزنید تا یكنواخت شود در دیس پهن كرده و روی آن سلیفون بكشید و روزانه 3 تا 5 قاشق غذا خوری میل كنید.

توجه: در صورت داشتن یبوست مزاج از مواد زیر روزی 1 تا 2 قاشق مربا خوری استفاده نمایند .

برگ سنا 50 گرم ، تخم گشنیز 50 گرم ، گل ختمی 50 گرم و گل سرخ 25 گرم . همه را تمیز كرده مخلوط كنید ، سپس آسیاب كرده یك قاشق مربا خوری با نصف لیوان آب و عسل میل شود .

من هم خیلی آدم زودرنجی هستم با این تفاوت که اصولا نظر هیچکس برام مهم نیست از هیچ کسی نمی رنجم.......آنقدر مغرور هستم که به سختی گریه ام می گیره..........اما....از تنها کسی که زود می رنجم همسر عزیزم هست.خدارو شکر اونم خیلی مواظب روحیه من است......اما کافی راجع به چیزی ختی کمی با من بلند صحبت کنه ساعتها گریه ام میگیره.....اما خدا رو شکر میکنم که خدا این فرشته مهربون رو به من داده....مگه همه فرشته ها باید زن باشند مرد هم میشه.
من نظرم راجع به این بیماری اینه که نقش اطرافیان تو درمان خیلی مهمه..خدارو شکر اون همیشه حامی خوبی برای من بوده وهستlove51happy0065.gif

منم خیلی زودرنج و حساس بودم البته الان کمی بهتر شدم یعنی سعی میکنم که این اخلاقم رو بهتر کنم.
کافی بود که یکی بهم بگه بالای چشمت ابرو...
خیلی درونگرا بودم و هستم، همه حرفام توی دلم بود همیشه میخواستم به تنهایی مشکلاتم رو حل کنم.
فعلا که خودم رو زدم به بی خیالی و سعی می کنم کمتر به مسائل اطرافم فکر کنم.

سلام من زود رنج و حساس نبودم ولی چند سالیه که حساس شدم ولی شماها نباشید چون رو ام اس اثر خیلی بدی داره .شاد باشید

من قبل بیماری نه زودرنج نبودم زیاد ولی خیلی خودخورب بودم جوریکه بیشتر اوقاتپتو میکشیدم رو سرم و گریه میکردم و بغضم رو خفه میکردم و فردا صبح که بیدار میشدم انگار نه انگار اون یاسی دیشبی بودم که زار زار گریه میکرد بالاخره گذشت و تصمیم گرفتم خودخور نباشم زیاد

وقتی ام اس گرفتم حساس شدم fighting0030.gif میخواستم نگاههای مردم که به من میکنن گرچه نمیدونستن برا چی میام دکتر ولی تا میفهمیدن اومدم دکتر مغز و اعصاب و یا اینکه کسی بهم بخواد ترحم بکنه و ............ بدم اومد و حساس شدم جوریکه وقتی میخوام برم پیش دکترم زنگ میزنم بهش و میگم فردا میام پیشتون دکتر کسی یوقت نیاد تو اتاقا اگه اینطوره من نمیام بابا یا مامان رو میفرستم برام داروم رو تمدید کنید Smile (16)

ولی خب چرا یه مدتم زود گریم میگرفت ولی عزمم رو جزم کردم که من قوی هستم شونه هام داره این بار سنگین رو تححمل میکنه پس باید قوی باشم و قوی و برای همین اگه چیزی ناراحتم بکنه توی وبلاگم مینویسم و یا توی موبایل مینویسم و بعد از چند روزی که فراموش کردم بلافاصله دلیتش میکنم بهرحال اینطوری خودخوری نمیشه مینویسمش تا یادم بره agreement2

بهرحال جواب من به نظر سنجی بله هست چون بهرحال خواه یا ناخواه ما هم زود رنج میشیم هم حساس
