یعنی برای افرادی که کم کاری تئرویید دارن خوبه...................تا چه حد کمک می کنه.

من از چهارشنبه یوگا رو شروع کردم.
جلسه اول خییییلییییییییییییییییی برام سخت بود.وقتی اومدم خونه سرم داشت می ترکید تازه از فرداش راه رفتنم هم بدتر شد!
البته مربیم وقتی شرایط من رو فهمید بهم گفت که ناامید نشم و ادامه بدم.
امروز عصر با اراده و مصمم میرم که جلسه دوم رو با امید بیشتری شروع کنم.
خب هر کاری اولش سخته ولی به نتیجه که فکر کنی کلی انرژی می گیری.

گلی جان حتما رعایت این رو نکردند که جلسه اولته .باید تا سه ماه فقط با حرکات ساده قفلهای بدنت باز بشه و سموم بدنت دفع بشه که از این اتفاقها نیفتهlove51

سلام صدف جان يه سوالي ازت دارم من يوكا كار ميكنم ومربيم به شدت معتقد كه يوكا ام اس رو كنترل ميكنه به نظر شما هم يوكا اين قدرت داره؟

وضعیت مارکبری - shokolat - 2012/10/24

BHUJANGASANA

      در سانسکریت Bhuja اشاره به بازو 'و' Bhujanga 'به معنی یک "مار" است. این تمرین شبیه یک مار بزرگ است. از این رو است به عنوان Bhujangasana مار کبری نامیده می شوند.

تکنیک

1. روی زمین طوریکه سر و صورت رو به پایین است دراز بکشید.
2.دستان خود را درکنار قفسه سینه تان بر روی زمین قرار دهید.

3. به آرامی تنفس کنیدو دست ها و تنه راهمانطور که در شکل کاپوت مار کبری است بالا ببرید.

4. این موقعیت را چندثانیه حفظ کنید وبه ارامی نفس بکشید.

 5. با بازدم ارام به وضعیت اولیه وطبیعی بازگردید.
توجه: کسانی که درهنگام انجام مرحله4در ستون فقرات خود احساس رنج می برند توصیه می شوداینتمرین را به ارامی انجام دهند.

مزایای درمانی

1. این تمرین به کشش عضلات گردن، پشت و تنه، وکاهش درد در ناحیه گردن، پشت و تنه کمک می نماید.

2. این تمرین به درمان بیرون زدگی دیسک و کمر درد کمک می کند.

3. ناحیه شکم فعال شده و از این رو لوزالمعده، معده، کبد، و سایر اندام های گوارش تقویت میشود. این درمان سوء هاضمه و دیگر اختلالات شکمی را برطرف می نماید.

4. این ورزش، درمان مشکلات مختلف قاعدگی است.
