بابای من هیچ کس العملی نشون نداد کاملاً عادی بود مثل همیشه
اما نگرانیه توی چشماشو نمی تونست پنهان کنه از من

زمان همه چيز رو حل ميكنه
فقط يكبار گريه پدرم رو ديدم اونم وقتي كه استرس گرفتن جواب ام ار آي رو داشتيم ....اما بعد از اينكه از بيمارستان برگشتم زندگي روال عاديشو طي ميكرد..
گاهي اوقات حس ميكنم كه اطرافيانم فراموش كردند كه من ام اس دارم و البته اين خيلي هم خوبه..هر چقدر جو بيماري توي خونه كمتر باشه ؛ افراد خانواده سرحالتر و سالمتر هستند
در حال حاضر كمر درد پدرم و فشار خون مادرم به نسبت بيماري من مسائل مهمتري هستند

اولش من و مامان و بابا سه نفری مینشستیم گریه و زاریsad2...اصلا یاد عید 91 که میافتم اینشکلی میشمsad2sad2....طبیعیه اولش یه شکی به ادم وارد میشه...همش میگه چرا من؟؟؟اما به مرور حل میشه

اون شب کذایی بابای من خیلی دیر اومد وقتیم اومد گریه کرد.خیلی سخته گریه مردو ببینی مخصوصا پدرت.تقصیر دکتر نف..... بود از ام اس غول ساخت.تازه جالبش این بود دکتره از دوستای قدیمی بابام بود.بگذریم.
انتخاب به دکتر باسوادو انسان خیلی میتونه کمکش کنه.خانواده فقط کافیه حمایتش کنن و مقل یه انسان عادی باهاش رفتار کنن البته با کمی ملاحظه بیشتر

مثل قبل از بیماریش رفتار کنید باهاش. زیادی تحویلش نگیرید که به خودش بگه وای ببین من چقدر حالم بده که همه اییییییییییییییین هواااااااااااا هوای منو دارن...

واقعیت اینه که چیزی تغییر نکرده جز اینکه یه سری نیازهای جدید هست که به نیازهای قبلیش مثل خوراک و پوشاک و مسکن اضافه شده. شامل داروها و دوری از استرس و اینها... و ممکنه لازم باشه در بعضی موارد روش انجام کارهاشو تغییر بده.

به نظرم خوبه که حتی قسمتی از مسوولیت نیازهای جدیدش رو به خودش بسپارید مثل وقت گرفتن از دکتر و برنامه ریزی برای این قبیل کارها رو... و هر کاری که میدونید به تنهایی از پسش برمیاد.

اول از همه سعی کنید خودتون آروم باشید و قبول کنید که اتفاقی که افتاده به اون بدی که شنیدید و مردم میگن نیست. مطمئن باشید این احساس به دخترتون هم منتقل میشه و اونم آرامش پیدا میکنه...

کمکش کنید که تو زندگی تجربیات جدید پیدا کنه و فعالیت های فیزیکی و اجتماعی جدید رو تجربه کنه. اینها همه باعث میشه تا دیدش نسبت به ماهیت زندگی وسیعتر بشه و ترسهاش کمتر. البته شما فقط یه راهنمایید یادتون باشه زیاد نباید کمک کنید.

هوای خودتون رو بیش از پیش داشته باشید. وجود یه پدر سالم کنار آدم نعمت بزرگیه. پس لطفا اینجور نشه که اونقدر به اون توجه کنید که از خودتون غافل بشید.

با حرفای رامونا موافقم به خصوص بخش تجربیات نو . من متاسفانه پدرم رو پیش از ام اس از دست دادم ( خیلی ناگهانی و بر اثر یه اتفاق ). یعنی درست بعد از اون اتفاق ام اس اومد اما حاصل تجربه زندگیم با پدری مثل اون ، هنوزم تو زندگیم هست . اون نزدیک ترین دوست من ، همپای ماجراجویی ها و تجربه های زندگیه من و محرم اسرارم بود . با دخترتون دوست باشید و فرصت تجربه های جدید ، فرصت تجربه چیزهایی رو که دوست داره تو زندگی انجام بده براش فراهم کنید . می بینید که این اصلا ربطی به ام اس نداره . چه داشت و چه نداشت می تونستین اینجوری باشین . اما شک نکنید که روی ام اس تاثیر داره . زندگی پر از روزهای نو و ماجراهای نو ، جاییی برا فکر کردن به بیماری نمیذاره

پدر در برابر اشتباهات فرزندش باید یه روش منطقی داشته باشه که به اصلاح مشکل ختم بشه
حالا سئوال اینه که آیا یک بیمار ام اسی خودش نقشی در این بیماری داشته؟؟؟؟
پس باید منطقی برخورد کرد نه مهربانی بیش از حد و شک برانگیز و نه سرزنش و افزایش نگرانی و اضطراب و استرسagreement2agreement2

منم اولین بار گریه بابام رو،وقتی بیمارستان بستری شدم و لباس بیمارستان رو پوشیدم،دیدم..خیییلی واسم سخت بودsad2sad2sad2sad2
