منم با سنگ صبور موافقم
ام اس یه بیماریه که با تلقین بدتر میشه با روحیه و بی خیالی بهتر میشه
من شخصا از وقتی برام ام اس مهم نیست به خودم دیگه گیر نمیدم از جمله خستگی ..مور مور دست و پام ..بی حسی
دیگه هیچ کدومشون اذیتم نمیکنن

همسر من به قدری حس خستگی داره که واقعاً تعجب مبکنم angry2 شبها کلی التماسش میکنم مسواک بزنه یا بره حمام هی میگه 5دقیقه دیگه بعد هم انجام نمیده Sad میگه خستگی نمیذاره حتی یک لیوان آب دستم نگه دارم Dodgy
چند وقت پیشا رفت کلاس کنگ فو، البته قبل از مریضیش میرفت ولی باز شروع کرد، نتیجه اش این شد که وقتی میامد خانه جای اینکه سرحال باشه خسته تر بود و حسی شبیه تهوع داشت، بعد از یکماه به ناچار ول کرد Confused
جمعه داشت بهم کمک میکرد رو فرشی پهن کنیم چنان نفس نفس میزد و عرق میریخت که من از تعجب شاخ درآورده بودم چون همیشه خودم تنهایی اینکار رو میکردم Undecided
موقع بیرون رفتن هم انقدر آروم حاضر میشه که روانی میشم هی خودخوری میکنم baybay
کپسول ول من و کارنیتین هم میخوره ولی تغییر فاحشی حس نکردم Huh
به قول دکتر صحرائیان باور این خستگی برای ما خیلی سخته Sad

یه راه حل دادم بخودم...تمام لباسای خونگیمو نخ خالص کردم...فقط نخی و خنک میپوشم
چون چادریم ،مانتو های نخی میپوشم...تو پاییز یادمه تو خونه تیشرت نخی تنم میکردمevilgrin0039.gif
یه چیزی دیگه هم امتحان کردم اینه که آب زیاد میخورم و مثلا میخوام 9صبح برم خونه از8ونیم بلند میشم بدون استرس دنبال جورابو....confusedمیگردم
دیروز 4تا4راه پیاده رفتم صبحش....غروبم تا9شب مشغول کاربودم..9اومدم خونه خسته داغون نبودم بااینکه آمپولم یه نوبت عقب افتاده بودconfused2
عامل خستگی خودمونیم...بهتره سعی کنیم بخودمون بگیم ببین؟؟خستگی فایده نداره همت کنShy

مونا جان منم همه اش میگم تلقین میکنی ولی اون ناراحت میشه میگه برای تو درکش مشکله Dodgy
مجبور میشم اکثر کارها رو خودم بکنم، برای انجام کارهاش خیلی فکر میکنه، من همه لباسهاش رو آماده میزارم ولی باز صبحها جورابشو میپوشه یکم فکر میکنه پیراهن میپوشه یکم فکر میکنه شلوار میپوشه فکر میکنه confused بهش میگم به چی فکر میکنی میگه نمی دانم بدنم خسته است wink2 آخه صبح که از رختخواب پاشده خسته چیه Huh
اگرم کاری رو بخواد با عجله انجام بده یه اتفاقی میفته مثلاً ظرف از دستش میفته ashamed0006.gif یا میخوره به در و دیوار Blush
تو خانه هم که اصلاً لباس نمیپوشه که گرمش بشه، لباسای خانه اش همه نخی men
آبم که سر 6 ماه فیلتر یخچال صفر شد مدام آب میخوره Smile
ماندم سرکار چه جوری فعالیت میکنه Huh

اتفاقا منم صبح ها که از خواب بلند میشم اوج خستگیمِ Undecidedهمه بدنم درد میکنهSad بعد ورزش (یه نرمش خیلی سبک)هم احساس خستگی میکنم Sadکلا هم تو خونه هیچ کاری نمیکنم یعنی نمیزارن میگن خسته میشی Sadخودمم که از خدا خاستهSmile (16)
یه مدت آمورل میخوردم ولی بی فایده بود
