منم اوایل خستگی و داشتم وقتی راه میرفتم حس میکردم باید هلم بدن و بزور پاهام و میکشیدم الان بهترم خستگی بعد بیخوابی زیاد حس میکنم و نتیجه اش خواب طولانی میشه اما بعد بیدارشدنم کسل میشم و نیم ساعتی دست و پاهام بی حس و کم جون میشهsad2

منم خستگیم زیاده ، بعضی روزا زیادتره و بعضی روزا کمتره نمیدونم به غذاهائی که میخورم ربط داره یا به روحیه ام !
با قرص ریتالین خیلی دیر تر خسته میشم ولی متاسفانه این قرصم کم گیر میاد.

یه کم آرامش پیدا کردم همش فکر میکردم من غیر طبیعی ام !خستگی بزرگترین مشکل من با بیماریم هست مخصوصا تو محیط کارم .

من بعد از تشخیص و زدن آمپولها ، خستگی رو بیشتر حس میکنم.قبلش این قدر خسته نمیشدم.

قبل ازینکه بدونم ام اس دارم گاهی پیش اومده بود بعد از 2ساعت پیاده روی واقعا درد شدیدی توی پاهام داشتم که واقعانگران کننده بود و احساس داغون کننده ای بود.sad

منم همیشه احساس خستگی دارم مخصوصا صبح که بیدار میشم اصلا حس اینکه از جام بلند شم ندارمconfused2
