مشکل عدم تمرکز و خواب آلودگی - رنگین کمان - 2013/01/02

من الان حدود چند وقت دچار مشکل خواب آلودگی شدم به طوری که صبح تا ساعت 10:30 -11 خوابم با این حال ساعت 2 بعد از ظهر این قدر خواب آلوده ام که نمی تونم تحمل کنم و دوباره می خوابم اون ساعاتی هم که بیدارم تمرکز کافی ندارم البته من خیلی وقته که دارم این داروها رو استفاده می کنم نمی دونم چرا جدیدا این طوری شدم به نظر شما چی کار کنم؟ واقعا این طوری نمیشه زندگی کرد Confused

سعی کن از هوای بیرون از هوای آزاد حتما بهره بگیری من هم اوایل استفاده از داروها اینطوری بودم ولی بعد از یه مدتی ک پیاده روی کردم بهتر شدم حتی 20 دقیقه یا 10 یا.... باید کارای هوازی انجام بدی و برای تمرکز سعی کن از جدول و بازی های فکری کامپیوتری استفاده کنی .اگه میلی نداشتی سعی کن کم کم ازشون استفاده کنی تا عادت کنی . برای من ک خوب بود

اگه خیلی اذیتت میکنه با دکتر هم مشورت کن ایشالله رفع میشه عزیزم

یه سوالی مدتهاست ذهنم رو مشغول کرده! به نظر شما ام اس با تمرکز ارتباطی داره!؟
من خودم احساس میکنم قبل از ابتلا به این بیماری تمرکزم خیلی بیشتر بود! حتی قبلا خیلی باهوشتر از الان بودمconfused2
ولی دیروز با دکترم درباره این موضوع صحبت کردم و نظرشون این بود که این دو تا هیچ ربطی به هم ندارند.
کسی دراین باره نظری داره!؟

تا اونجائی که من میدونم و خودم هم درگیرم ، ربط داره و یکی از عوارض ام اس عدم تمرکزه .

بچه ها من یمدت خیلی خوابم میاد.12شب تا 6 صب میخابم. بعدظهرم حتما یساعتو میخابم.

ظاهرا ماها هممون از این دست مشکلات داریم.البته من کم میخوابم.یعنیباید کم بخوابم.مجبورم.اما کسلی و کمبود خواب روهمیشه دام. من از همه بیشتر مشکل تمرکز دارم. به نظرتون از دارو هامون یا تغذیمون ممکنه باشه؟؟؟؟؟

منم تمرکز کم شده خیلی شرایط سختیه . Dash2
خوابم هم شبا تا صبح بیدارم صبح تا ظهر میخابم در مدت روز کسلم شب که میشه تازه سرحالم Dash2
واین برام خیلی بده Dash2
کلا دیگه خسته شدم از این زندگی
