در پی درج خبری در رسانه‌ها و فضاهای مجازی در خصوص کشف داروی بیماری ام‌اس توسط فردی به‌نام احمد رجبی (مخترع دشتستانی) به اطلاع کلیه هم‌استانی‌ها و هم‌وطنان محترم می‌رساند ادعاهای نامبرده فاقد اعتبار و وجاهت قانونی است.

لذا در خصوص ادعاهای نامبرده به اطلاع هم‌وطنان گرامی می‌رساند:


1- ثبت هرگونه داروی جدید مستلزم طی مراحل خاص و کسب مجوزهای لازم از مراجع ذیصلاح بوده و تنها پس از انجام کارآزمایی‌های گسترده بالینی و فرآیندهای کنترلی سختگیرانه میسر می‌باشد و صرف وجود برخی تصورات و فرضیه‌ها در این خصوص، نمی‌تواند بعنوان مجوزی برای تجویز دارو باشد.
2- تجویز هر دارو و فرآورده درمانی الزاماً باید توسط پزشک واجد صلاحیت صورت گیرد و در غیر اینصورت مصداق کامل دخالت غیر قانونی در امور پزشکی تلقی گردیده و می‌تواند باعث بروز عوارض غیر قابل برگشتی برای بیماران گردد.
3- نامبرده برای بررسی داروی مجهول الهویه مورد ادعا تا کنون به هیچ یک از معاونت‌های دارو و غذا، معاونت پژوهشی و معاونت درمان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بوشهر مراجعه ننموده و به پیگیری‌های روابط عمومی دانشگاه برای ارایه مجوز‌های لازم هیچ گونه پاسخی نداده است.
4- علیرغم ادعای ایشان مبنی بر همکاری با دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهرکرد، دانشگاه مزبور از همکاری با نامبرده اظهار بی اطلاعی نموده و هرگونه همکاری را رد کرده است که تصویر نامه و لینک جوابیه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهرکرد در ذیل خبر درج گردیده است.
بدینوسیله از کلیه هم‌وطنان عزیز درخواست می‌شود در برخورد با تبلیغات در امور پزشکی، بهداشتی و دارویی قبل از هر چیز با افراد صاحب‌نظر و ذیصلاح مشورت نمایید.
شایان ذکر است حق پیگیری‌های قانونی در این خصوص برای این دانشگاه محفوظ بوده و در اسرع وقت اقدامات لازم به‌ انجام خواهد رسید.

به نظر من همون روزنامه ای که اون خبر دروغین رو چاپ کرده باید این خبر رو هم انتشار بده و عذرخواهی کنه که بی هیچ تحقیقی یه سری مطلب رو که صحت نداره رو چاپ می کنه. اصن من اعتراض دارم یعنی چی ؟!

دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و خدمات بهداشتی درمانی بوشهر در ارتباط با اختراع داروی ام‌اس اعلام کرد که داروی مخترع دشتستانی فاقد وجاهت قانونی است.

به گزارش جنوب نیوز، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بوشهر اعلام کرد: در پی درج خبری در رسانه‌ها و فضاهای مجازی در خصوص کشف داروی بیماری ام‌اس توسط فردی به‌نام احمد رجبی (مخترع دشتستانی) به اطلاع کلیه هم‌استانی‌ها و هم‌وطنان محترم می‌رساند ادعاهای نامبرده فاقد اعتبار و وجاهت قانونی است.
