محققان با داروی (( اکولیزوماب )) حملات بیماری NMO رامتوقف کردند .

داروی اکولیزوماب نظرات مثبتی از (( کمیته تولیدات دارویی بیماری های کم یاب اروپا COMP )) برای درمان بیماری سندرم دویک دریافت کرده است .که حالا این نظرات و نتایج مثبت برای ثبت و تایید نهایی به کمیته اروپا فرستاده شده اند .
درحال حاضر این دارو در هیچ کشوری برای درمان دویک به ثبت نرسیده است .

Martin Mackay میگوید : ما بسیار خوشحالیم که COMP نظرات مثبت و تاثیرگذاری را در رابطه با داروی اکولیزوماب برای درمان بیماری دویک , ارائه کرده است . به خصوص بعد از آن که بخش درمان بیماری های کم یاب FDA آمریکا اخیرا درحال مورد پذیرش قرار دادن این دارو برای درمان سندرم دویک است .

این دارو با نام های eculizumab و Alexions Soliris شناخته میشود که برای درمان یک بیماری خون و کلیه به نام سندرم ناشایع همولیتیک اورمیک مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد.

اکولیزوماب (Eculizumab)
این دارو به چه صورت موجود است؟

• به صورت تزریق

گروه درمانی:

• پادتن مونوکلونال
• پادتن مونوکلونال، بازدارنده تکمیلی

قبل از دادن این دارو به فرزندم از چه علائم هشداری می‌بایست مطلع باشم؟

• عفونت مننژیتی با مصرف این دارو مشاهده شده است. دو هفته قبل از شروع مصرف این دارو ححتماً واکسن مننژیت زده شود.
• گاهی‌اوقات وقتی دارویی همراه با داروهای دیگر مصرف شود، ممکن است خطرناک باشد و عوارض‌جانبی جدی ایجاد کند. این یکی از آن داروهاست. حتماً درمورد کلیه داروهای مصرفی فرزندتان با پزشک او مشورت کنید.
• حتماً دفترچه راهنمای دارو را مطالعه کنید.

آیا استفاده این دارو برای فرزندم اشکالی ندارد؟

• اگر فرزندتان به اکولیزوماب یا هر ترکیب دیگر این دارو حساسیت داشته باشد نباید استفاده شود.
• درصورت مشاهده هرگونه علائم حساسیتی به دارو، موادغذایی یا رنگ حتماً پزشک فرزندتان را مطلع کنید. این می‌تواند شامل جوش؛ کهیر؛ خارش؛ تنگی نفس؛ خس‌خس؛ سرفه؛ ورم کردن صورت، لب‌ها، زبان یا گلو؛ یا هر علائم دیگر شود.
• اگر فرزندتان واکسن مننژیت نزده است.
• اگر فرزندتان دچار عفونت مننژیتی است.

چرا فرزندم به این دارو نیاز دارد؟

• این دارو برای درمان یک بیماری خون و کلیه به نام سندرم ناشایع همولیتیک اورمیک (aHUS) استفاده می‌شود.

این دارو چطور عمل می‌کند؟

• این دارو سیستم ایمنی بدن را وقتی خارج از کنترل می‌شود مسدود می‌کند.

این دارو به چه طریق استفاده می‌شود؟

• این دارو به صورت آمپول به داخل رگ تزریق می‌شود.

این دارو چه مدت می‌بایست استفاده شود تا تاثیر بگذارد؟

• ممکن است چند هفته طول بکشد تا تاثیر کامل آن را مشاهده کنید.

اگر مصرف یکی از دوزها فراموش شود، چه باید بکنم؟ (درمورد بیمارانی که در بیمارستان بستری هستند صدق نمی‌کند)

• با پزشک او تماس گرفته و وقت ملاقات بگیرید.

وقتی فرزندم این دارو را مصرف می‌کند، چه اقدامات ایمنی باید انجام دهم؟

• استفاده از این دارو ممکن است موجب عفونت‌های بسیار شدید شود. اگر فرزندتان دچار هرگونه عفونت است یا آنتی‌بیوتیک مصرف می‌کند، حتماً با پزشک او درمیان بگذارید.
• کارت ایمنی بیمار فرندتان را همیشه و تا سه ماه بعد از قطع مصرف دارو، همراه خود داشته باشید.
• عملکرد خونی فرزندتان را به طور مرتب چک کنید. با پزشک فرزندتان در این رابطه مشورت کنید.
• دقت کنید که فرندتان همه واکسن‌های خود را زده باشد.
• قبل از زدن هر واکسنی به فرزندتان با پزشک او مشورت کنید زیرا ممکن است احتمال عفونت‌های بسیار شدید را بالا برده و یا باعث شود واکسن عمل نکند.

این دارو چه عوارض‌جانبی دارد؟

• علائم شبه‌آنفولانزا مثل سردرد، ضعف، تب، لرز، درد و عرق کردن. مسکن‌های ضعیف می‌تواند مفید باشد.
• احتمال ایجاد عفونت. از قرار گرفتن او با افراد مبتلا به عفونت‌های مختلف، سرماخوردگی یا آنفولانزا جلوگیری کنید.
• فشارخون بالا
• سردرد
• شل شدن مدفوع
• اسهال
• سرفه
• آبریزش بینی
• تپش قلب
• تورم
• گلودرد
• در موارد نادر ممکن است عفونت مغزی ایجاد شود

چه زمان نیاز است با پزشک فرزندم تماس بگیرم؟

• اگر هرکدام از اطلاعاتی که در اینجا مطالعه کردید موجب نگرانیتان شد، موردی از عوارض‌جانبی برای فرزندتان اتفاق افتاد یا فرزندتان بعد از مصرف این دارد بهتر نشد، با پزشک او تماس بگیرید.
• اگر تصور می‌کنید فرزندتان دوزی بیشتر از مقدار تجویز شده استفاده کرده است، حتماً فوراً با اورژانس محل یا پزشک او تماس بگیرید.
• اگر فرزندتان علائمی از یک واکنش خیلی بد نشان داد، فوراً با پزشک او تماس بگیرید. این علائم عبارتند از: خس‌خس، تنگی سینه، تب، خارش، سرفه شدید، آبی شدن پوست، تشنج، تورم صورت، لب‌ها، زبان یا گلو.
• اگر فرزندتان هرگونه علائم عفونت از خود نشان داد. این علائم عبارتند از: تب 38 درجه سلسیوس یا بالاتر، لرز، گلودرد شدید، درد گوش یا سینوسی، سرفه، افزایش بزاق دهان یا تغییر رنگ آن، درد حین ادرار، ایجاد زخم در دهان، زخم‌هایی که بهبود نمی‌یابند، خارش یا درد مقعد.
• اگر فرزندتان دچار درد یا فشار سینه و تپش‌قلب شد.
• اگر فرزندتان دچار سر‌درد شدید شد.
• اگر فرزندتان دچار تغییر در فکر کردن مشخص و منطقی شد.
• اگر فرزندتان دچار خشک شدن گردن شد.
• اگر فرزندتان دچار تغییر ناگهانی در بینایی شد.
• اگر دچار دل‌درد یا استفراغ شدید شد.
• اگر فرزندتان دچار درد عضلانی یا ضعف شدید شد.
• اگر ادرار فرزندتان تیره شد.
• اگر ادرار فرزندتان قرمزرنگ بود.
• اگر فرزندتان جوش زد.
• اگر وضعیت سلامتی فرزندتان تغییر نیافت یا به نظرتان بدتر شد.

حقایق کلی درمورد داروها

• اگر فرزندتان آلرژی وخیم دارد، می‌بایست همیشه کارت اطلاعات آلرژی را همراه خود داشته باشد.
• ممکن است این دارو فقط با نسخه قابل‌تهیه باشد. اگر نیاز به خرید دوباره از دارو بود با داروخانه یا پزشک فرزندتان تماس بگیرید.
• اگر فرزندتان دیگر نیازی به این دارو نداشت و یا تاریخ‌مصرف دارو گذشته بود آن را دور بریزید.
• اکثر داروها را می‌توانید بعد از مخلوط کردن با قهوه و گذاشتن در یک کیسه پلاستیکی در سطل زباله بیندازید.
• داروهای فرزندتان را به کس دیگری ندهید و داروهای دیگران را نیز برای فرزندتان استفاده نکنید.
• کلیه داروها را دور از دسترس کودکان و حیوانات خانگی نگه دارید.
• لیستی از کلیه داروهای فرزندتان تهیه کنید (نسخه‌ها، ویتامین‌ها و محصولات طبیعی) و همیشه همراه خود داشته باشید. این لیست را در اختیار پزشک فرزندتان قرار دهید.
• درصورت مشاهده عوارض‌جانبی حتماً با پزشک فرزندتان تماس بگیرید.
• قبل از دادن هر داروی جدید به فرزندتان با پزشک او مشورت کنید، حتی داروهای بدون نسخه، داروهای طبیعی و ویتامین‌ها.
• اگر داروها را درست مصرف نکنید، ممکن است خطرناک باشد. حتماً توصیه‌های پزشک فرزندتان را رعایت کنید.
