درخت غان: اکسیر طبیعت

چند کیلو اضافه وزن، روماتیسم، ورم مثانه، بیماری‌های مربوط به پوست و غیره. همه‌ی این مشکلات را می‌توان با استفاده از گیاه غان درمان است.

تا حالا نام این درخت را شنیده‌اید؟ در مورد آن و خواصش چه می‌دانید؟ این گیاه را با نام‌های دیگری مانند سندر، توس کوهی، قان، غوش و غیره می‌شناسند. باید بدانید که شیره، برگ‌ها و پوست این درخت خواص درمانی دارد و برای رفع بسیاری از مشکلات مفید است. با ما همراه باشید تا با گوشه ای از دنیای خواص یک درخت آشنا شوید.


درخت غان برای خوش اندامی

روزهای گرم تابستان از راه رسیده و زمان آن است که کمی به فکر تناسب اندامتان باشید. برای این کار می‌توانید از آب گیاه غان استفاده کنید. این گیاه برای دفع آب انبار شده در بدن موثر است به خاطر این که خواص دیورتیک دارد یعنی اینکه ادرارآور است. برای همین هم باعث کم شدن وزن بدن می‌شود. علاوه بر این، این گیاه، پوست را آب‌رسانی کرده و سموم بدن را دفع می‌کند. همین امر هم باعث مقابله با سلولیت می‌شود.

روش استفاده

برای هر یک فنجان آب جوش دو تا سه گرم برگ خشک درخت غان کافی است. روزانه نیم ساعت قبل از غذا دو تا سه فنجان از این دم کرده بنوشید.

البته در برخی از داروخانه‌ها شربت درخت غان هم موجود است. می‌توانید بر اساس دستورالعمل نوشته شده روی شیشه از خواص آن بهره ببرید.


شیره‌ی درخت غان برای درمان عفونت ادراری

عفونت ادراری یکی از بیماری‌های رایج بین اکثر خانم‌هاست. خوشبختانه درخت غان حاوی فلاونوئیدها و ویتامین C و آنتی اکسیدان های قوی می‌باشد و برای همین هم شیره‌ی این گیاه باعث سم زدایی بدن می‌شود. میزان بالای پتاسیم موجود در شیره‌ی درخت غان از این گیاه، یک گیاه دیورتیک ساخته است که می‌تواند حجم ادرار را بالا ببرد و باعث دفع مواد زاید اسیدی مسبب التهاب‌های بدن شود.

روش استفاده

یک قاشق غذاخوری عصاره‌ی درخت غان را در یک فنجان آب جوش بریزید. اجازه دهید به مدت 20 دقیقه دم بکشد. روزانه قبل از هر وعده‌ی غذایی یک فنجان بنوشید.

آلودگی هوا، مواد غذایی چرب و حتی عمل تنفس باعث تجمع توکسین

یا همان سموم در بدن می‌شود. سمومی که از طریق مجاری طبیعی دفع نمی‌شوند در محل دیگری جمع می‌شود یعنی در پوست. شیره‌ی گیاه غان

سرشار از آنتی اکسیدان ها است و باعث دفع توکسین ها می‌شود

برگ‌های درخت غان برای تسکین روماتیسم

برگ‌های درخت غان حاوی ترکیبات ضدالتهابی و مسکنی مانند آسپرین می‌باشند. برای همین هم می‌تواند باعث تسکین دردهای روماتیسم شود. از این گذشته این گیاه برای دفع توکسین ها یا همان سموم بدن که در عضلات انباشته می‌شود بسیار موثر است.

روش استفاده

دو تا سه گرم برگ درخت غان را با یک فنجان آب جوش دم کنید. سی دقیقه قبل از هر وعده‌ی غذایی یک فنجان از این دم کرده میل کنید. دو تا چهار هفته این دوره را ادامه دهید.

پوست درخت غان برای درمان اگزما و پسوریازیس

پوست درخت غان تأثیر زیادی روی درمان مشکلات پوست و به ویژه اگزما یا پسوریازیس دارد.

روش استفاده

سی گرم پوست درخت غان را در یک لیتر آب ریخته و اجازه دهید با حرارت ملایم به مدت ده دقیقه بجوشد و سپس به مدت یک ساعت دم بکشد. محلول را صاف کنید و مناطقی که دچار این مشکلات هست (مانند پاها، دست‌ها، پوست سر و غیره) را شستشو دهید و یا دو بار در روز به صورت کمپرس استفاده کنید.


لوسیون درخت غان برای داشتن موهای زیبا

لوسیون موی تهیه شده با درخت غان برای زیبایی موها معجزه می‌کند. این گیاه سرشار از مواد معدنی است و برای همین هم باعث تغذیه‌ی موها شده و ریزش و شوره را از آن‌ها دور می‌کند. خوشبختانه این گیاه با تمام انواع موها سازگار است.

روش استفاده

یک قاشق غذاخوری برگ درخت غان خشک شده را در آب ریخته و اجازه دهید به مدت نیم ساعت دم بکشد. محلول را صاف کرده و موهایتان را با آن آب بکشید. البته محصولات جدیدی در بازار وجود دارند که حاوی گیاه غان هستند.

درخت غان برای مقابله با نارسایی کلیوی

افرادی که دچار نارسایی کلیوی هستند می‌توانند از درخت غان به عنوان «تصفیه کننده‌ی خون» استفاده کنند. برگ‌های دیورتیک درخت غان باعث افزایش میزان ادرار می‌شود و همین امر هم باعث تحریک کلیه‌ها شده و به دفع ضایعات موجود در دستگاه گوارش کمک می‌کند.

روش استفاده

یک قاشق غذاخوری برگ خشک درخت غان را در یک فنجان آب جوش ریخته و دم کنید. هر روز دو مرتبه از این جوشانده میل کنید.
