داروهای بیماران "سرطانی" و "ام اس" تامین اجتماعی رایگان می‌شود



مدیرکل درمان تامین اجتماعی استان تهران با بیان اینکه هم‌اکنون بیماران سرطانی و خاص تحت پوشش 10 تا 15 درصد هزینه داروهایشان را پرداخت می‌کنند، اظهار کرد: طبق آخرین مصوبه سازمان، داروهای شیمی درمانی و ام اس با بالاترین درصد، تحت پوشش بیمه قرار می‌گیرد.



علی جمالیان در گفت‌وگو با خبرنگار «اجتماعی» خبرگزاری دانشجویان ایران (ایسنا)، اظهار کرد: 70 درصد مبلغ داروی بیماران عادی را تامین اجتماعی و 30 درصد را بیمه‌شده، در بیماری‌های سرطانی، ام اس و کنسر 85 تا 90 درصد را سازمان و 10 تا 15 درصد را بیمه شده و در مورد بیماران خاص نیز تمام هزینه دارو را سازمان تامین اجتماعی پرداخت می‌کند.



وی ادامه داد: این مصوبه هنوز برای اجرا ابلاغ نشده، اما پس از ابلاغ قرار است هزینه داروهای بیماری‌های ام اس و شیمی درمانی با اختیار مدیران به صورت صد در صد رایگان در اختیار بیماران قرار بگیرد.



جمالیان در مورد مراجعه افراد به مراکز مستقیم و ملکی و نیز مراکز غیرمستقیم اعلام کرد: بار مراجعه افراد به مراکز مستقیم و ملکی در سال گذشته به طور میانگین 1.2 و در مراکز غیرمستقیم 7.2 بوده است که نشان دهنده تعداد مراجعات یک فرد در طول سال به این مراکز است.



مدیرکل درمان تامین اجتماعی استان تهران با اشاره به کل ویزیت‌های انجام گرفته در بخش سرپایی، بستری و جراحی عنوان کرد: در بخش سرپایی در سال 91، هشت میلیون و 764 هزار و 72 ویزیت انجام گرفت که 128هزار و 561 مورد آن منجر به بستری شد.



جمالیان افزود: 99 هزار و 132 مورد عمل جراحی در بیمارستان‌های ملکی انجام شد که 20 درصد آن اعمال جراحی بزرگ بوده که تنها در بیمارستان‌های تخصصی و فوق تخصصی انجام می‌شوند.



وی همچنین در مورد ضریب اشتغال تخت‌ها در مراکز درمان این سازمان، گفت: به طور میانگین 75 درصد تخت‌ها اشغال شده است که این رقم آمار بسیار خوبی در سطح کشور است.



به گفته مدیرکل درمان تامین اجتماعی استان تهران، چهار میلیون و 500 هزار ویزیت سرپایی مربوط به پزشکان عمومی، سه میلیون و 700 هزار ویزیت سرپایی مربوط به پزشکان متخصص و 500 هزار ویزیت سرپایی مربوط به دندانپزشکی بوده است.



وی افزود: حدود 150 هزار جراحی سرپایی انجام گرفته که بیمار در همان روز مرخص شده و به بستری نیانجامیده است.

قیمت سینووکس ، 3 برابر شده. من هفته قبل خریدم. دقیقا 3 برابر پول دادم. داروی ایرانی با بیمه تأمین اجتماعی rolleyes

وقتی دارو نباشه کسی ام نمی تونه چیزی رو که نیست بخره
من که بدون خوندن این خبرم می تونم بگم

تامین اجتماعی بیماران خاص را خارج کرد وگفت هزینه درمان و داروهای بیماران خاص را نمیدهد
