سیگنال های دریافتی توسط سیستم های MRI، حاوی اطلاعات بسیار زیادی بوده که می تواند در استخراج اطلاعات فیزیکی و شیمیایی جسم و یا بافت مورد نظر، به کار گرفته شود. با توجه به اطلاعات مطلوب، سیستم MRI برنامه ریزی می گردد و در نهایت تصویر سازی به یکی از روش های زیر و یا روش های ترکیبی نمایش داده می شود.
1-MRI با وزن دهی T1 :
این یک روش پایه در اسکن MRI می‌باشد، برای مثال، در این روش تصویر سازی، تفاوت دو بافت چربی و آب، به صورت تیره تر بودن آب نسبت به بافت چربی نمایان میشود
2-MRI با وزن دهی T2:
این روش نیز یکی از روش‌های اصلی تصویر سازی MRI می‌باشد.در این روش نیز مانند وزن دهی T1، چربی و آب قابل تفکیک بوده با این تفاوت که چربی تیره تر و آب روشن تر در تصویر ظاهر می گردد.برای مثال در مطالعه مغز و ستون فقرات، مایع مغزی نخاعی به صورت روشن تر در تصویر ظاهر می گرد
به دلیل آنکه در این نوع از تصویر برداری پلاکها سفید رنگ دیده میشن . راحت تر میتوان عملکرد ام اس را در تصویر برداری t2 بررسی کرد.
تاثیر تزریق ماده حاجب در اون هست که اگر زخمی در دیواره مغزی نخاعی وجود داشته باشه با تزریق گادلینیوم این ماده از دیواره رد میشه و شما میتونین وجود زخمهای باز و فعال رو مشاهده کنین. در صورت بسته شدن زخم بعد از تزریق کونترست دیگه ماده حاجب وارد دیواره مغزی نخاعی نمیشه و اصطلاحاً میگن پلاک خاموش شده. غیر فعال شده

[/QUOTE]برای من دکترم 2تاام ار ای اونم بدون تزریق نوشته بود یکی سال 84سال اول تشخیص ودومی اسفندسال 90.بنظرمن که پلاک فعال چیری نیست که توی ظاهرخودشو نشون نده یکی که ظاهرش مشکل خاصی نداره 100٪پلاک فعال نداره پس نیازی هم ام ار ای باتزریق نداره.منظور من ازاینکه توی ظاهر بیمارخودشونشون بده اینه که یکی ازعلایم ام اس بطور واضح دربیمار دیده بشه اونوقت بیمار100٪پلاک فعال داره وهمچنین اون بیمارنیازبه ام ار ای باتزریق داره.

خانم بخاطر این بوده که احتمالاً روی همون ام ار ای برای دکتر تشخیص ام اس واضح بوده و دیگه نیازی به تزریق ندیدن. طبعاً اگر لازم بود خودشون میگفتن. در ضمن من خودم رو ام ار آی بدون تزریق برام تشخیص ام اس داده شد

آقا امروز از من ام آر آی گرفتند و فقط ۵ دقیقه طول کشید! ConfusedConfused
گفتند روش جدیده و سه بعدی و اینا! کلا حال نکردم! ولی گویا برای بررسی کلی مغز در زمان خاموشی بیماری هست. 305320_JC_thinking

من چون مشکلم با تاری دید و درد چشم شروع شد به چشم پزشک مراجعه کردم و بعد متخصص شبکیه و ایشون برام MRIبدون تزریق نوشتن و با همون هم پلاک ها کاملا مشخص بود و به دکتر مغز مراجعه کردم و برای اطمینان بیشتر مایع نخاع هم ازم گرفتن.
پارسال MRI مغز وگردن با تزریق دادم و امسال MRIمغز با تزریق و گردن بدون تزریق .
کلا تشخیص با با تزریق راحتره ولی طولانی تر
