هر بیمار‌ ام‌اس باید برای یک بسته آمپول بتافرون تزریقی در یک‌ماه یک میلیون و 600هزار تومان پول بدهد.

بیماران مبتلا به ‌ام‌اس در کنار دیگر بیماران خاص این روزها از خدمات بیمه‌ای کافی برخوردار نیستند. آنها از یک سو با کمبود دارو و از سوی دیگر با قیمت‌های سرسام‌آور روبه‌رو هستند. سازمان‌های بیمه‌گر در این میان نتوانسته‌اند نقش مؤثری در پرداخت هزینه داروی بیماران خاص و صعب‌العلاج داشته باشند.

حسین کاکاوند نماینده بیماران‌ ام‌اس در این‌باره گفت: ‌قیمت بالای دارو توان بیماران ‌ام‌اس را در خرید کاهش داده و تعداد زیادی از این بیماران با کمبود دارو روزگار می‌گذرانند. متأسفانه دولت برای حل این مشکل هیچ اقدامی نکرده و خانواده‌های بیماران باید برای تأمین هزینه دارو تلاش کنند. در این شرایط کسانی که توان مالی خرید دارو را ندارند از درمان دور مانده و تسلیم بیماری می‌شوند.

او با اشاره به اینکه نوسان قیمت ارز سبب شده تا قیمت دارو طی 2سال گذشته نزدیک به 20برابر گران شود، ‌افزود: قیمت ارز افزایش داشته و متأسفانه ارز مرجعی که برای خرید دارو از سوی دولت درنظر گرفته‌شده نیز دستخوش این افزایش قیمت‌شده؛ بنابراین مهم‌ترین عامل گران شدن داروهای بیماران در کشور بوده و درحالی‌که انتظار می‌رود دولت این نوسان قیمت را کنترل کند عملا بیماران در مواجهه با این مشکلات تنها مانده‌اند و از حمایت کافی برخوردار نیستند.

قیمت داروی «بتافرون» بیماران MS به شدت افزایش یافته است

سلامت نیوز : نماینده بیماران مبتلا به ام اس گفت: داروی بتافرون به عنوان یکی از داروهای اصلی بیماران ام اس طی دو ماه اخیر به شدت افزایش یافته است.

حسین کاکاوند نماینده بیماران در انجمن ام اس ایران در گفت‌و‌گو با فارس اظهار داشت: داروی بتافرون یکی از داروهای اصلی بیماران ام اس است که در یک بسته مصرف یک ماه بیمار را تأمین می‌کند.

وی ادامه داد: تا 20 ماه گذشته این داروی وارداتی به قیمت 98 هزار تومان در اختیار بیماران قرار می‌گرفت ولی به مرور با افزایش قیمت ارز به 198 هزار تومان رسید.

به گفته این بیمار مبتلا به ام اس از 2 ماه پیش با شدت گرفتن تحریم‌ها بیماران ام اس مجبور بودند دارو را به قیمت 450 هزار تومان تهیه کنند ولی یک مرتبه شرکت وارد کننده از واردات آن امتناع کرد.

کاکاوند قیمت کنونی دارو را 10 برابر قیمت یک سال اخیر عنوان کرد و گفت: اکنون یک شرکت دیگر از طریق ترکیه این دارو را وارد کرده و به قیمت یک میلیون و 600 هزار تومان به فروش می‌رساند.

وی از مسئولان سازمان غذا و دارو و وزرات بهداشت خواست تا فکری به حال وضعیت تأمین این داروی گرانقیمت بیماران ام اس کند زیرا این بیماران امکان تأمین چنین مبلغی را ندارند.

پوشش بیمه ای ۵۰ قلم داروی بیماران صعب العلاج در کمیسیون بهداشت بررسی شد

سلامت نیوز : پوشش بیمه ای 50قلم داروی سرطانی و صعب العلاج پر مصرف بین بیماران، در جلسه ای با حضور نمایندگان بیمه های پایه،وزارت بهداشت و برخی اعضای کمیسیون بهداشت مجلس بررسی ونتیجه برای تصویب در شورای عالی بیمه سلامت، به این شورا ارائه شد.

دکتر نعمت منوچهری عضو کمیسیون بهداشت مجلس ضمن اعلام این خبر به خراسان گفت:در این جلسه بر خارج شدن برخی داروهای پرمصرف و ارزان قیمت تولید داخل از فهرست پوشش بیمه ها تاکید و مقرر شد به جای پوشش داروهایی مانند مسکن ها و داروهای ارزان قیمت که گاه به دلیل قیمت پایین مصرف بالایی پیدا کرده است، داروهای خاص ،سرطانی و صعب العلاج تحت پوشش بیمه ها درآید.

داروهایی که مشابه ایرانی دارند مجوز واردات نمی‌گیرند/کمبود دارو یک رقمی شد

سلامت نیوز : عباس حاجی‌آخوندی امروز در حاشیه مراسم رونمایی از سندهای طب سنتی و داروسازی سنتی در وزارت بهداشت گفت: 115 داروی گیاهی تا روی کار آمدن دولت نهم مصوب شده است که در حد خود خوب بوده اما در 8 سال گذشته در سطح کیفیت آنها تلاش بسیاری شده است.

به گزارش سلامت نیوز به نقل از فارس ؛ وی گفت: 900 قلم دارو در طول 8 سال گذشته همزمان بر کیفیت آنها و تولید آنها تلاش شده و برخی از آنها داروهای شاخصی مانند داروی درمان ایدز (آیمود) بوده است که در اثرگذاری و فرمول آن تغییراتی ایجاد شد.

وی گفت: جایگاه تسهیلات گیاهان دارویی ایجاد شد. استانداردسازی داروهای گیاهی را توسعه دادیم همچنین 40 داروخانه گیاهان دارویی تأسیس شده است.

وی در پاسخ به سؤالی در مورد گران شدن داروهای بیماران افزود: مشکل تأمین ارز حل شده و کمبود دارویی شیب یک رقمی پیدا کرده است و تا یکی، دو هفته آینده وضع بهتر می‌شود.

حاجی‌آخوندی ادامه داد: به داروخانه‌ها سرکشی لازم را انجام می‌دهیم و طبق گزارشها کمبود داروهای ایرانی یک رقمی شده اما داروهای خارجی با کمبود فراوانی مواجه هستند این به این دلیل است که داروهایی که مشابه ایرانی دارند مجوز واردات نمی‌گیرند.

وی همچنین در مورد افزایش 40 درصدی قیمت دارو گفت: هر ساله قیمت دارو تا 30 درصد افزایش می‌یابد بنابراین افزایش 40 درصدی خیلی پدیده عجیبی نیست اما تأکید می‌کنم که 40 درصد افزایش نداشته است.
