نوع آسانا : نشسته پیشرفته

روش انجام آسانا [attachment=9661]
در وضعيت چمباتمه با پاهاي جدا از هم بنشينيد. كفل‌ها را روي پاشنه‌ها و دستها را روي زانوها قرار دهيد. يك قدم كوچك برداريد. سعي كنيد خميدگي زانوها را حفظ كنيد. قدم‌‌زدن روي انگشتان يا پاشنه‌هاي پا انجام مي‌شود. هرچند كه اين قدم‌زدن بسيار مشكل است. همچنان كه يك قدم به جلو برمي‌داريد، زانوي مخالف را به زمين نزديك كنيد. در حد امكان و توانايي قدم برداريد و آرام آرام تعداد قدم‌ها را افزايش دهيد. تنفس در طول تمرين كاملاٌ طبيعي است. آگاه باشيد از قدم‌زدن نرم و راحت. بعد از 10 قدم استراحت كنيد. در وضعيت رهايي خوابيده و به حس پاها، كفل‌ها و بويژه كف پا توجه كنيد.

فواید : اين تمرين ساق‌هاي پا را براي نشستن در زمان طولانی آماده مي‌كند و گردش خون در پاها را تنظيم مي‌كند. معمولاٌ براي درمان يبوست نيز به كار گرفته مي‌شود.

محدودیتها : افرادي كه از ناحيه زانو، مچ پا و انگشتان در رنج هستند، نبايد اين تمرين را انجام دهند.

خیلی خیلی خیلی خیلی خیلی فکر کنم واسه من که یکم تپلیم سخت باشه که هست ولی الان پا میشم یه حرکت میرم ببینم اصلا میشه !!!! که به سختی برسه ؟!laughing3

افرادي كه از ناحيه زانو، مچ پا و انگشتان در رنج هستند، نبايد اين تمرين را انجام دهند.

من هم نمی تونم این ورزش رو انجام بدم confused2 آخه جزو افراد بالا هستم حیف شد angry2angry2

خیلی وقته یوگار و گذاشتم کنار اینقدر مشکلات فکری دارم که این چیزها توش گم شده
ایکاش مشکلم ام اس بود ایکاش فکر بیماری رو میکردم ولی حیف که ام اس بیگناه اونجا نشسته و کاری به من نداره و منم کماری به اون ندارم

خوب انجام دادن این کار ها برا من یکی سخت هست.هر چه قدر دستم نیرومند هست پام نه.البته پاهام کاملا عضلانی هستن ولی جریان الکتریکی (منظورم همون پالس عصبی است )بهشون منتقل نمی شه.
