یه خبر خوب اینکه:با هماهنگی های صورت گرفته ما میتونیم اولین کلاس ورزشی مبتلایان به ام اس رو باعنوان رشته ورزشی پیلاتس داشته باشیم.(البته فعلا مختص خانومها!)

این کلاس ورزشی با مشورت و تحقیق بسیار در زمینه رشته پیلاتس و سودمندی های این رشته برای این دسته افراد درنظر گرفته شده.
مدت دوره کلاس 1ماهه است و از18خرداد تا18 تیر میباشد
دو روز در هفته در نظر گرفته شده (بنا به درخواست متقاضیان یا روز زوج یا روز فرد)
وهزینه شرکت مبلغ10000تومان میباشد.
کلاسمون فعلا با سالن ورزش مدرسه صالحین شروع میشه ،آدرس:تهران ،متروی قلهک،خیابان دولت،پمپ بنزین خیابان مطهری،بن بست جمشید ،مجتمع صالحین.

این ورزش عالیه... هر کس میتونه حتما بره که انشالله از این به بعد بیشتر از این برنامه ها بشه گذاشت. فقط اینکه پیلاتس یه سری اصول داره که اگه رعایت بشه خیلی کمک کننده ست به خصوص برای ماها و اگر رعایت نشه بازم خوبه ولی فقط به تقویت عضلات منجر میشه و اثرات سنترال (تاثیر بر مغز ) کمتری میگذاره. مهمترین این اصول اینهاست:
1. توجه به core: مربی حتما جلسه اول آموزش میده که core چیه. core هسته سیستم فیزیکی بدن برای انتقال نیرو هاست. یعنی جاییکه نیروهای ایجاد شده حین حرکت از بالا به پایین یا برعکس منتقل میشن. یه مکعب مستطیل رو در نظر بگیرید که قسمت تحتانی تنه رو در برگرفته باشه, از نظر پیلاتس به این میگن core). core تعاریف دیگری هم داره توی بدنسازی ) حین تمرینات باید حواستون باشه وضعیت خاصی رو در این مکعب مستطیل حفظ کنید. این رو مربی حتما یادتون میده. این مساله هم باعث تقویت عضلات داخل این مکعب میشه که به دنبالش حین حرکات مختلف روزمره فشار کمتری به ناحیه ستون فقراتتون وارد میشه و هم اینکه باعث میشه حین خود تمرین به کمرتون فشار نیاد. (حتی دیده شده که با تقویت core نواحی مربوطه در کرتکس مغز گسترش پیدا کرده و این دلیلی میتونه باشه بر اینکه این عضلات بعد از این تمرینات بهتر میتونن عمل کنن.)

2. توجه به دم و بازدم: حرکات تو پیلاتس با دم و بازدم هماهنگ مین. مثلا تو حرکت رفت دم انجام میدید و در بازگشت بازدم یا بالعکس... این خیلی خیلی مهمه...این رو حین هر حرکت مربی میگه و فلسفه اش هم اینه که باعث میشه حین انجام حرکات فقط وفقط به حرکت فکر کنید و در واقع به نوعی تمرکز میکنید. رعایت این اصل و تمرکز حاصل از اون روی مغز اثرات مثبتی داره Smile پس این قسمتش واسه ماها خیلی مهمه.

3. حواستون باشه که در پیلاتس کیفیت بسیار مهمتر از کمیته. اصلا مهم نیست چندتا حرکت رو انجام بدید. مهم اینه که درست انجام بدید. بعضی ها حتی معتقدند که از هر حرکت نباید بیشتر از 10 تا انجام داد.

من نمیدونم چرا نتونستم با پیلاتس ارتباط برقرارکنم!!!!اما شنیدم خیلی خوب وموثره.باشگاه که میرم این کلاس وداشت.رفتم اما نتونستم ادامه بدم!!!!من ورزش های با هیجان ودوستدارم.میدونم شاید حرفم منطقی نباشه.اما با موزیک هاش دلم میگرفت.اماااااااااااااااااا حتما برید.آخه من نمیتونم جائی آروم ورزش کنمwink2ایراد از منهSmile (16)laughing3هر وقت کلاس های ورزش پر هیاهو بوووووووووود حتما میامfighting0030.gif

من در غرب تهران دنبال کلاس پیلاتس هستم که ساعت 7بعداز ظهر به بعد باشه؟؟؟کسی سراغ داره؟؟؟سمت صادقیه وپونک؟؟؟
الان 30/7تا 30/8ایروبیک میرم البته آرام تر حرکات را انجام میدم!!!!

من یه CD دارم از پیلاتس. اسمش هست pilates for dummies. به نظرم اگه کسی داشته باشه میتونه حتی بدون کلاس هم انجام بده حرکات رو. البته شکی نیست که کلاس بهتره. ولی این از هیچی بهتره. دارم میگردم ببینم جایی هست بشه پیدا کردش. برای اونایی که نمیتونن کلاس برن.

دوستای خوبم همه ی پست هارو با دقت خوندم فقط ببخشید که همه ارو یکجا میگمBlush
چند تانکته فقط:
این کلاس پیلاتس واقعا با مطالعه بسیار(انقدریکه11روز غیبت از اینجا رو در پی داشت!) و صد البته با حرکات مخصوص برای مبتلایان ام اس طرحریزی شده.
کلاسهای بسیاری در همه مناطق وجود داره که لازم باشه میتونیم معرفی کنیم ولی این کلاس اولین کلاس پیلاتس مختص مبتلایان به ام اس هست(حرکات مثل کلاس های پیلاتس دیگه به همراه موزیکی که فرناز جون اشاره کرده نیست و میتونم به جرات بگم یه کلاس متفاوت متفاوت ومتفاوت خواد بود wink2)
بله درسته سی دی های اموزشی وویدئوهای زیادی وجود دارن که میتونیم ازشون استفاده کنیم ولی در جمع ورزش کردن با حضور یه مربی خیلی بهتره.
قصدمون از ایجاد این کلاس داشتن وساختن یه بدن ورزیده و ایده ال با وجود ام اس و برطرف کردن وجلوگیزی از یکسری احتمالاته این عارضه و صدالبته تقویت همین روحیه بانشاط وانرژیمونهagreement2agreement2agreement2

شکلات عزیز. صد البته که کلاس عالیه. من CD رو گفتم برای کسایی مثل آقایون که به زحمت کلاس پیلاتس پیدا می کنن. یا بچه هایی که مثل من فعلا تهران نیستن. یا اونایی که به هر دلیل فعلا براشون سخته از خونه بیان بیرون. اما در هر حال حق با شماست. فکر کنم نباید تو این تاپیک دخات می کردم. عذرخواهی love51
