فراموشی - aztab - 2013/05/19

سلام
دوستان عزیز خوب هستی
ببخشی یه سوال احساس میکنم البته احساس میکنم که هر از گاهی دچار فراموشی میشم مثلا شماره یه نفر را تو گوشیم مینویسم شب که میام خونه کارهای که انجام داده ام را مرور میکنم اون شماره های که نوشته بودم میگم خدایا اینا کیه که نوشتم یا وقتی میام میرم به سر کارم تو راه متوجه میشم دستی ماشین را نکشیدم درسته از لحاظ تراکم و مشغله کاریم کاملا داغونم،این چک را بگیرم اون چک را واریز کنم یا با خودم میگم این کار را بکنم بهتره ولی موقع انجام دادن یادم میره چیکار کنم و...به نظر شما از ام اسه اگه بله چیکار کنم برم پیش دکترم بهش بگم البته حوصله دکتر رفتن را ندارم چون چند وقته یا ساله که پیشش نرفتم به نظر شما از چی میتونه باشه چیکار کنم بهتره دارویی شیمیایی یا گیاهی سراغ داری که برم بگیرم

هیچ ربطی به ام اس نداره
و همه ی آدمها بخصوص توی دوره و زمانه ی فعلی به شدت درگیر این مساله هستن
سعی کن واسه اینکه کمتر این مشکل ذهنتو مشغول کنه ، کارها و برنامه هاتو یادداشت کنی و برنامه ریزی داشته باشی

فکر میکنم طبیعیه و همه ی آدما این مورد رو تجربه کردن و شاید هر روز باهاش درگیرن

اول اینکه فراموشیتون رو نندازین گردن ام اسwink2

بعد اینکه راحتترین کار یادداشته یا انجام کامل یه کاری-البته اگه وقت دارین-مثلا همین شماره ها رو که تو گوشیتون مینویسین اسم طرف رو هم سریع سیو کنین یا حتی کنار اسم یه چیزی یه نشانه ای بنویسین که معلوم باشه این شخص مثلا از فلان شرکت یا دارای فلان تخصصهwink2

سوم اینکه وقتای بیکاری سودوکو حل کنید از سطح مبتدی شروع کنید.یا حتی دو نفره یا پای سیستم شطرنج بازی کنید wink2

بعد اینکه موسیقی سنتی هم گوش بدید و نزارین مدام و همیشه یه سری آهنگ های خاص تو گوشتون باشهwink2

من جدیدا بشدت فراموشکار شدم.شاید باورنکنید ولی کارهامو یادداشت میکنم وهمراه خودم دارم اما بعضی وقتا فراموش میکنم که کارامو یادداشت کردم.اونوقت دکترم میگه این یه امر کاملا طبیعیه!!!!!
