تمرین با جیم بال - shokolat - 2013/05/18

از اونجاییکه ممکنه گاهی توی تعادل دچار مشکل بشیم یکسری حرکات ورزشی هست که هم خیلی مفرح هست و هم اینکه حتی توی خونه یه گوشه خلوت میتونیم انجامشون بدیم که این تاپیک مخصوص حرکات ورزشی با یه توپ خیلی خوبه که توصیه میکنم حتما ماها یکدونه ازش داشته باشیم و استفاده کنیم

هر روز یک تمرین رو اینجا دنبال میکنیم از حرکات آسان شروع میکنیم.


1-به پشت دراز بکشید و دستها و پاها را کاملا صاف و کشیده قرار دهید . حال دو دست را کاملاْ صاف بالای سر برده و با آنها توپ را بگیرید زمانی که دستها و پاهایتان مستقیم به سمت بالا آمده است توپ را به سمت پاها ببرید سپس با پاها توپ را گرفته و توپ را بین پاها قرار دهید و بعد پاها و دستها را به طرف زمین باز گردانید . در مرحله ی بعد مجدداْ دستها و پاها را بالا آورید و باز توپ را از پاها به دستها منتقل کنید .

این تمرین را ۸ - ۵ بار تکرار کنید .

حرکت چرخاندن توپ ( Ball Ab Rollout)

تکنیک انجام حرکت :

* در مقابل توپ زانو بزنید و دستها را روی توپ بگذارید سپس در حالی که پشت و کمرتان صاف است دستها را کاملاْ صاف کنید .

* با انجام بازدم توپ را در زیر دستانتان بچرخانید بنحوی که سینه تان با آن تماس یابد سپس با دم به حالت اول باز گردید .

فایده حرکت :

تقویت عضلات شکمی و آب کردن چربی های شکم و پهلوها .

تمرین با جیم بال3

تمرینی برای تناسب عمومی بدن و تعادل با جیم بال

به پشت بخوابید و دست ها را صاف بالای سر ببرید و پاها را کاملاْ کشیده و از ران خم کنئید تا به زمین عمود شود و سعی کنید توپ جیم بال را بین پاهای خود قرار داده و نگه دارید .

این تمرین را هر روز در چند نوبت انجام دهید

پل زدن روی جیم بال ( Bridges on Ball )

تکنیک انجام حرکت :

* روی یک جیم بنشینید بنحوی که زانوها خم شده و کف پاها روی زمین باشد . از ناحیه ی بالای باسن روی توپ قرار بگیرید و سعی کنید پاهایتان حرکت نکند .
برای انجام حرکت با انجام بازدم در راستای ستون فقرات روی توپ بلغزید بنحویکه توپ از ناحیه ی بالای باسن تا شانه ها حرکت کند . در هنگام حرکت دستان شما روی ران ها قرار دارد و بدنتان با زمین حالتی موازی پیدا می کند ولی کف پاها از روی زمین حرکت نمی کند .
در مرحله ی بعد با انجام دم با لغزیدن روی توپ در حالت اول قرار گیرید یعنی توپ بالای باسن .

فواید این حرکت :

این تمرین موجب تقویت و تناسب اندام باسن و عضلات پشت ران ( همسترینگ ) می شود .

پوش آپ توپ بر روی زانو ( Ball Push Up - on Knees )

روش اجرای تمرین :

* در مقابل یک توپ زانو بزنید و دستها را بر روی توپ قرار دهید در حالی که کاملا صاف است .

* تمرین پوش آپ را با خم کردن آرنج بر روی توپ انجام دهید در حالی که بازدم انجام می دهید .

وقتی با سینه با توپ مماس شدید کمی مکث کنید و سپس با ایجام دم به حالت قبل باز گردید .
