جام جم آنلاين: نتايج يک پژوهش جديد که در روزنامه انگليسي ديلي إکسپرس منتشر شده است، نشان مي دهد که مردان در روز دو بار بيشتر از زنان به همکاران ، مديران و همسران خود دروغ مي گويند.

مردان تقريبا شش بار در روز يعني 42 بار در هفته و دو هزار و 184 بار در سال دروغ مي گويند.اين در حالي است که زنان تقريبا سه بار در روز يعني 21 بار در هفته و يک هزار و 92 بار در سال دروغ مي گويند.

بر اساس اين پژوهش از هر پنج شرکت کننده ، چهار تن تاکيد کرده اند که قادرند به راحتي دروغ طرف مقابل را تشخيص دهند.

در همين حال 25 درصد از افراد متاهل اعتراف کرده اند که به دليل دروغ گويي با همسران خود مشاجره کرده اند و هفت درصد نيز گفتند که دروغ گويي منجر به جدايي و طلاق آنان از همسرانشان شده است.

بر اساس نتايج پژوهش مذکور ، بيشترين دروغ هاي مورد استفاده آقايان عبارات: «هيچ مشکلي نيست ،‌ من خوبم» ، «اين لباس برازنده توست» و «به خاطر ترافيک دير کردم» عنوان شده است.

در مقابل بيشترين دروغهاي زنان عبارتند از: «اکنون قادر نيستم سرم درد مي کند» ، «نتوانستم جواب تلفن را بدهم ، چون شارژ موبايلم تمام شده بود» و «الان توي راه هستم» ذکر شده است.

2. صدای خیلی زیر یا خیلی بم: روان‌شناسان معتقدند صدا علامت خوبی برای شناسایی دروغگو است. چرا؟ در واقع این ما نیستیم که صدا را کنترل می‌کنیم. مغز بر اساس احساساتی که داریم آن را به شکل اتوماتیک تنظیم می‌کند. وقتی دروغ می‌گوییم، می‌ترسیم رسوا شویم. به همین علت معمولا تن صدا تغییر می‌کند و خیلی زیر یا خیلی بم می‌شود.

3. سخنان ضد و نقیض: دروغگوها به دلیل ترس از رسوا و شرمگین شدن تعادل احساسی درستی ندانسته و حتی حرف‌های آنها کم و بیش ضد و نقیض است. برای آنکه مطمئن شوید یک فرد دروغ می‌گوید از او بخواهید دقیقا حرفی را که در یک موقعیت خاص زده برای شما در مواقع مختلف تکرار کند، حتی سوالات متفاوت و مدام در مورد همان مساله می‌تواند ثبات فکری دروغگو را بر هم بریزد.

4. میمیک‌های غیرمعمول: پلک زدن‌های مداوم، مالیدن پلک، نگاه‌های مبهم... همگی اینها نشانه میمیک صورت یک فرد حین دروغ گفتن است. صورت دقیقا احساساتی را که داریم نشان می‌دهد و کنترل عمقی آنها کمی سخت است. اگر فردی میمیک غیرطبیعی و غیرمعمول دارد و حین صحبت با شما دچار تیک خاصی مثل مالیدن پلک می‌شود، می‌توانید به حرف‌های او شک کنید.

5. ژست‌های مخصوص: سرفه کردن درون مشت، بالا بردن دست روی سر و عقب بردن بالاتنه موقع حرف زدن از جمله ژست‌های آدم‌های دروغگو است. البته باید مراقب هم بود. برخی دروغگوها برای آنکه احساسات‌شان نمایان نشود حین حرف زدن کاملا خنثی عمل می‌کنند.

6. حرف زدن بدون جزئیات: دروغگوها معمولا در صحبت کردن وسواس به خرج نمی‌دهند و همه مسایل را رو نمی‌کنند. اگر شما حین صحبت‌ها از فردی بخواهید با دقت بیشتری مسایل را برای شما بیان کند و به عبارتی وسواسی‌تر از او سوال کنید، معمولا دروغگو چون حافظه خوبی ندارد و در دور بعد قادر به بیان همان جواب‌ها نیست. در نهایت می‌توانید از زبان او این جملات را بشنوید "به من اعتماد نداری؟" اگر فردی واقعا دروغگو نباشد، خیلی سریع از کوره درنمی‌رود و برای بار دوم هم به برخی سوالات شما پاسخ می‌دهد.

7. احساسات اغراق‌آمیز: وقتی فردی فقط با دهان می‌خندد یعنی یا می‌خواهد رعایت ادب کرده باشد یا دروغگوی ماهری است. یک لبخند صادقانه همراه با عقب رفتن لب‌ها و چین خوردن پلک‌ها در سمت خارج همراه است. یک دروغگو معمولا تنها با دهان می‌خندد تا احساسات درونی خود را مخفی کند.

من اصلا قبول ندارم این پژوهش مشکل داره
آخه هیچ پژوهش گری نمی تونه به جمع های زنانه که مختص غیبت هستن نفوذ کنه. Smile (16) خب از کجا معلوم تو این جمع ها علاوه بر غیبت دروغ گفته نشه؟

اصلا مهم نيست كي بشتر دروغ ميگه كي كمتر
مهم اينه كه كي دروغ نميگه اصلا
مهم اينه كه صداقت در گراني است كه خيليامون ازش دوريم
مهم اينه كه صادق باشيم
حتي اگه قراره هر چي اصلا
چرا اينهمه به دنبال حواشي ميگرديم هميشه
اصل قضيه به دست فراموشي سپرده ميشه
دروغ زن و مرد نداره ذات كلمه كثيفه
و به راستي چقدر باران بايد ببارد تا ما صادق باشيم
ولي چه كنيم كه گاه و بيگاه ...

نازنین درست میگه، دروغ زن و مرد نداره! مهم اینه که دروغ نگیم!
ولی یه نگاه که به همین چند تا نظر بندازین یه جورایی صدق این پژوهش آشکار میشه هاlaughing3laughing3laughing3
