نيروي اراده چيست؟

نيروي باطني براي اتخاذ تصميمات، اقدام به كار، اداره و انجام اهداف و وظـايـف تـا زمـان تحقق يافتن آنها عليرغم تمام موانع، دشواريها، مشكلات و رنجهاي دروني و خـارجـي. نيروي ارده توانايي غلبه بر تنبلي، وسوسه ها و عادات منفي و دستيابي به اهداف ولو آنكه آن اهداف دشوار، خسته كننده و مغاير عادات و خلق و خوي شما باشند.

تاديب نفس چيست؟

صرف نظر كردن از يك لذت و خوشي زود گذر و آني به نفع يك هدف والاتر و بهتر. تـاديـب نفس توانايي تداوم عمل، افكار و رفتاري مي باشد كه به موفقيـت و پـيـشرفت مـنـتهي ميگردند. تاديب نفس نوعي كنترل نفس ميباشد كه سبب نظم بخشيدن به جنبه هاي روحـي-روانـي، احـساسي، فيزيكي و معنوي شخص مي گردد.هـدف از آن داشـتـن يـك زندگي محدود و معين نبوده و مقصود ما نيز زندگي درويش گونه نميباشد. تـاديب نفس تنها يكي از ستونهاي موفقيت و قدرت است. بـه شما قدرتي عطا ميكند كه تمام انرژي خودتان را بروي يك هدف متمركز كرده و با پـشتكار و سخت كوشي تا محقق گشتن آن از پاي نايستيد.


راهكارها

يكي از شيوه هاي كارآمد براي پرورش نيـروي اراده و تـاديب نفس امتناع از ارضاء و اقناع آرزوهاي بي اهميت و غيرضـروري ميباشد. هر فردي در زندگي دائما با آرزوها و وسوسه هاي بي حدي مواجه است كه اغلب آنها به واقع بي اهميت ميباشند.شما با خودداري ورزيدن از ارضاء تك تك آنها خودتان را قدرتمند خواهيد ساخت. با امـتـناع از آرزوهاي بي ثمر، مضر و غير ضروري بر خلاف عاداتتان رفتار كرده و نيروي دروني خود را تقويت كنيد.

1- براي 1 يا 2 روز روزنامه مطالعه نكنيد.

2- هنگاميكه احساس تشنگي كرديد آب بنوشيد، برغم ميلتان براي نوشيدن نوشابه.

3- بجاي استفاده از آسانسور از راه پله بالا و پايين برويد.

4- از اتوبوس يك ايستگاه بعد ويا قبل از مقصد اصلي خود پياده گرديد و باقيمانده مسير را پياده طي كنيد.

5- براي يك هفته يك ساعت زودتر از موعد معمول به رختخواب رويد.

6- هنگامي كه وسوسه شديد كه بستني بخوريد مقابـل ميـل خـود مقاومت كنيـد.

اينها تنها نمونه هاي معدودي از راهكارهايي ميـباشند كه به تقويت نيروي اراده و تاديب نفس شما كمك مي كنند. با نيروي اراده و تاديب نفس قادر خواهيد بود تا كنترل زندگي خود را بدست گرفته، به اهدافتان دست يافته،زندگي خود را بهبود بخشيده و به آرامش خاطر برسيد.

من یه زمانی خدای اراده بودم.میگفتم باید فلان کارو انجام بدم،سه سوته انجامش میدادم.با بدبختی هم شده بود انجامش میدادم.توخانوادمون الگوشده بودم.همه بهم حسادت میکردن اما الان خدای بی ارادگی و بی ارضگی شدم
